Expensive, dry, and 0/3 for getting the order right. Emailed corporate on Monday and they left me on read. Can’t wait for this spot to become something else.

I was very clear that I wanted a number four and two number two combos for whatever reason when our food comes out one of my kids doesn’t have their food and her excuses. I didn’t hear you nothing to try and rectify the situation. Doesn’t ask if I want to speak to a manager or nothing. This was my first time and it definitely left a salty taste in my mouth won’t be coming back.

My minor child came in here and ordered food just to find out they don’t take cash. The staff is rude and weird as well. Starting at customers and whispering at each other. Weird weird weird . Will not come here ever again.

What kind of food place does NOT accept cash? That's absolutely absurd. I'll NEVER come back to this place.

Yesterday, I went to pick up my online order at 12:18 PM, and the cashier was completely distracted on her phone and did not assist me for about 10 minutes. After calling her attention multiple times, she finally looked at me and asked, “What do you want?” I told her I was there to pick up my order and asked if I could use the bathroom first. She said yes, but failed to mention that the bathroom requires a code. I had to come back and wait another five minutes just to get her attention again so she could give me the code.

Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, the food was greasy and tasteless. Very disappointing experience.

Epic?I don't think so.Don't name your restaurant that cause doesn't live up. Bottom lineIt's just a wings place.Wings are wings unless you find something truly special. And this isn't it.

Do not eat here.

I visited Epic Wings in Mission Valley on November 26th, the day before Thanksgiving, and witnessed something deeply upsetting. A young African American boy—maybe 8 to 10 years old—came into the restaurant politely selling candy. Instead of simply declining, the manager, Nick, yelled at him. He told the child “NO!” and to “GET OUT!” in a harsh, hostile tone.

The boy walked out looking completely defeated. I spoke to him afterward, and he confirmed what I had seen. The interaction was filled with unnecessary anger and cruelty toward a child who clearly meant no harm.

I later learned that he was selling candy to help his mother pay for their hotel room. She had lost her job after her car broke down, leaving her and her four children homeless. I gave her what I could and promised to look for additional resources. The stress in her eyes said everything.

Epic Wings is part of this community. The very least they could have done was treat a struggling child with dignity. Even if they didn’t want to buy candy, there was absolutely no reason to shout at him. The lack of basic empathy was disturbing.

I went back inside and asked Nick what happened. He claimed he politely said, “No thank you,” which was simply not true. His willingness to lie so casually was alarming. As I left, several customers looked at me and shook their heads, confirming that they, too, had witnessed the exchange.

To top it off, the food wasn’t even worth the trouble—tasteless wings and unseasoned fries.

I am ashamed I had just spent $20 here. I will never return, and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, even grocery-store wings are far better—both in flavor and in basic humanity.

I really like this place! I can't speak on other locations, but the service here is always top notch and the food comes out fresh and really tasty. I typically grab takeout, but the folks at the counter are very kind in helping you order (I'll admit the menu can be a little unclear) and in getting you what you want.

Epic wings is more n like epic fail. Wings and the bone out wings were dry / horrible. Sauces were tasty.
The French fries were tasty and crispy. Not sure if this is considered fast food, IT LOOKED like a fast food place, with an average wait tims of 23 minutes for your food.

I come here very often and am super thankful for such a cool staff and team that puts out such quality food. Nick is an extremely hard worker and I notice how well he works and leads other team members.

Not sure why companies stop taking cash, it’s money! I run a cash business so this is very inconvenient. First time here and won’t be back. Plenty of other good wing places in town food wasn’t that great
