I go to their website and says that this location does not have delivery available. Why mention the website if delivery isn't available for this location? So I go ahead and check on DoorDash, they do show up on the application. Now, while making the order, you can only choose one sauce for the family package and you cannot put any instructions on your order because it says that the location does not accept special instructions. I go ahead and place my order and call right away to let them know that I needed two different sauces for the order. After I explain the situation and give them the details of my order, the person that answered, tells me that he is going to "check and see if they can do that for me" and hangs up. I get my order, and I received all of it with one sauce. Why is it so difficult for you to do customer service right?

Today 6/25 I ordered a meal for pick up to help save time. When I arrived I was helped by what I think may have been the manager or supervisor. I informed him that I was there to pick up my order but was a little early yet just wanted to let him know for when it was ready. He stepped away to help the kitchen. It was past my pick up time when I see a large bag being handed out to the clerk, I get up and tell her “I believe that’s my order, give her my name” she rudely answered “it’s not yours” I go sit down and continue to watch her work. I had noticed her giving poor customer service to others. She doesn’t smile, greet, say thanks you or anything that would demonstrate the bare minimum of customer service. 5 min go by and she reaches for the same bag I had referred to earlier and calls out my name. I tell her “ I asked you when you checked the bag if it was mine and you said no” she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge my words- the manager that was helping in the back looks over at me and says sorry. Employees are the reflection of management and it’s clear that this location needs someone with better leadership skills. I don’t come to this location very often because they always perform poorly or make mistakes with the orders. Then to top it off it was missing NAPKINS, hello? Hot wings can be messy! Do better! If your cashiers can’t be friendly or don’t have people skills put them in the kitchen.

I went this Friday March 22nd 2024, the place was clean as usual, but the wings were Amazing. Me and my fiancé had the medium flavored buffalo wings bone in, and garlic flavored for the first time. I’ll tell you one thing it won’t be the last?if you like garlic, all I can say is yummy?The cashier was also very sweet and efficient. I believe her name was Yessenia. Thank You epic wings, you hit the spot!

Yo y’all need to change your oil, most of your menu is fried items. Tastes burnt and over crispy on the on the outside of the tenders. Not tryna hate on y’all but Epic’s expensive as it is and I’m tryna get what I paid for ya feel me.

i try to give a second chance, but its not possible i try to call they put me on hold andd i was ok with it they hung up on my call again and they didnt even put me on hold they just hung up on me, they mess up my previous order, if that is not just enough they are really slow for a fast food restaurant dont waste your time on a BAD PLACE!.

Freshly prepared deep fried wings with your choice of sauce. Pictured is garlic butter wings. Their breadsticks are to die for. Soo fluffy and light. And nice celery and carrot sticks with your choice of dip. I always get a beer to go with it. It's only$3! I love wings. This is my go to spot. Thier food is ALWAYS on point! Used to be called wings and things.

I called this place twice where both times i was Placed on a hold for More than ten minutes. I decided to walk in instead and to my surprise it was not even busy and the cashier was rude and not very welcoming How disappointing
