Ordered a meal, took it home..without checking I took a bite of my breadstick and tasted like playdough!! Looked inside and the dough was raw and undercooked. Called them and told them. They said they can replace my breadsticks. Told them no thanks, just make sure you check your bread! Eating undercooked bread can lead to food poisoning from bacteria like E. coli or Salmonella present in the raw flour. Check your breadsticks !!

Man, I gotta give a big shoutout to Ernesto at Epic Wings on Dennery Rd! The customer service was straight-up 10/10. Even though he was about to head out on his break, he stayed and helped out the line with the best attitude. He actually cared to make sure everyone got taken care of. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed! The food was fire as always, but Ernesto really made the whole experience even better. Much love and respect to him and the crew!

Paid 1.50 online for ranch dressing They forgot to add the ranch. Also don't want to drive back while on lunch just to get back my money or get the ranch. Food is good but I am disappointed they forgot the ranch.

I ordered take out (order placed online) and I arrived earlier than the expected pickup time and my orders was ready. food quality was great.
They take almost an 35 minutes to make a simple plate of fries and they were cold , a bunch of highschool kids who don’t know what’s they’re doing 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 DONT GO HERE!

When you call them, the recording mentions that we should order via their website or any of the partner delivery applications. I go to their website and says that this location does not have delivery available. Why mention the website if delivery isn't available for this location? So I go ahead and check on DoorDash, they do show up on the application. Now, while making the order, you can only choose one sauce for the family package and you cannot put any instructions on your order because it says that the location does not accept special instructions. I go ahead and place my order and call right away to let them know that I needed two different sauces for the order. After I explain the situation and give them the details of my order, the person that answered, tells me that he is going to "check and see if they can do that for me" and hangs up. I get my order, and I received all of it with one sauce. Why is it so difficult for you to do customer service right?
