Terrible! The salad had the LONGEST HAIR you could imagine, after a long wait for a salad with the longest hair and cold chicken on it. They changed it, no flavor at all!! And they charged us for that salad. We asked for the manager, it took the manager forever to come and we left. Burger was smaller than the photos you see here.

Good place to spend some time if you're in UTC and are looking for a drink and not sophisticated food. Bad points: Floor dirty, tables and menus sticking. Really slow with their drinks preparation (but they do very acceptable drinks) It's clear that it's a chain and not a single restaurant.

This is located on the Macy’s side of UTC. I had the 28 day dry aged bone marrow burger with a side of truffle fries. It was very good. We also had the fish tacos and it was very good as well.
I dont even know where to start...we arrived at 2:30pm on Saturday the place is 75% empty we were told by the hostess it will take 20 min to get a table for 3 i looked around and I mentioned to her the place is empty she said the they dont want to overwhelm the servers. We got the table after 20 min set down and ordered the food right away (we were starving) ive ordered the eurka burger my wife the fish taco and my daughter ordered Mac and cheese . The burger was room tep and the fries as well it tasted bland (the only flavor was smoky burn) , the bun wasn't fresh. I never had worse burger than that . My wife fish was dry
Our server was hanging with her boyfriend at another table the whole time we where there not paying attention to our food or Drinks

Be aware if you go expecting their kitchen to be open until midnight as they claim. Gave them a call to double check before driving there but they didn't pickup the phone, called their peer restaurant in UTC and they confirmed Eureka's kitchen was open until midnight... once we got there at 10:30pm they told us it was closed. We would have saved the drive or go somewhere else if they may have communicated their actual times.

This used to be a go-to place for special occasions with my family, but I hadn’t been back since COVID. I decided to take my kids out for burgers, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. After some waiting, we were finally seated and given menus, but no kids’ menu. I assumed they didn’t have one until I asked—turns out they had simply forgotten to give it to me. I ordered two drinks and one water, but we were served three drinks. I had to call the waitress to fix it.
My son ordered a well-done burger, but when it arrived, it tasted burnt. Looking closer, the patty was raw inside and burnt outside. For a burger place, that was shocking. The waitress took it back and apologized, asking if we wanted a replacement, but my son did not want another. When I asked if we’d still be charged, she said no—but then immediately offered the check while the rest of us were still eating, which felt premature.
I had a Cobb salad with chicken, but the chicken was so overcooked it was hard to chew. The kids’ lemonades also tasted off, and neither of them could finish their drinks. To top it off, when the bill came, the extra drink (that we had returned) was still charged, so I had to correct the waitress again.
In short, the evening didn’t turn out as expected. The staff wasn’t particularly attentive or professional, the food quality was poor, and overall, it felt overpriced for what we got.

We were just enjoying a leisurely afternoon at the mall which turned into an early afternoon search for a nearby Happy Hour. My son was familiar with Eureka! at another location, so we decided to give this one a try. The burger and fries were great. It was also easy to get seated and we had excellent service. Definitely, worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood.
