Food was good, not great but good. Service was really good. Great pricing though $25 for fish and chips and a drink. It's cheaper but overall worth the trip

Walked in to the restaurant and was greeted warmly by the host. Another host walks up an stated we’re going to stop seating for 20 minutes. Granted the first host was ready to seat our party of two. There were no other guest waiting in line. It seems like an exception could have been made for 2 guest to be seated in the not so busy restaurant.

We had lunch . We had never heard or been to restaurant before. The meals were very good.

Vegetarian options: I had crispy beet burger which was tasty. The other person had salmon and it was very good to her.

Nice dining experience. The food was tasty. Dishes with french fries loads you up full for a work lunch.

Parking: Two hours of free parking.

The food was good. The service was pleasant and nice. The French fries came out a bit cold and dry. They give you a tiny serving of ketchup for your fries. The margaritas were also good.

Expectations were not super high for this eatery, and I was right. We craved hamburgers and wanted to try something new in the mall only to be blaahd by both the service and the food.
Truffle fries were regular fries with a truffle queso dip...bizarre. Thank you for the American burger, it was basic and good...not sure how you could go wrong with that....except no mushrooms on the menu that could have been a nice add on. No refills on the ice teas and drinks cleaned off the table before finished. The waitstaff was in an extreme hurry to clear plates as well off the tables, never see
n anything like it. They were there before I could take my last bite! Not enough plates in the kitchen?
Three times, we turned then away while still nibling.
Same with the check, barely had the last of my food and sip of my drink before rushed to pay.

Excellent food, good service. The atmosphere was way too loud. My wife and I could have a conversation without shouting.

I had an amazing experience at UTC Eureka! I got their signature salad and a mac and cheese ball appetizer to get started along with a tasty local cider. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The bathroom was squeaky clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and fun. I would come here every weekend if I lived nearby, 10/10 on all fronts.

Nice spot but the food is never cooked right. I ordered the Dry age bone marrow burger medium rare and it came out so dry and overdone. The cooks here just DO NOT CARE. Sucks when you’re paying 20 for a cheeseburger. This is the only place open after 9-10 on weeknights that’s the only reason they’re still open, also the bar is decent. Overall I give this place a 4 out of 10. I hate to say I’ll probably be back bc it’s right across the st
