The bases don’t have any flavor. I tried the acai, pitaya, and the blue one. Despite being visually different, they all tasted like nothing. It was weird. Maybe they use less sugar. The main redeeming factor is the amount of toppings and customization you can have, if you pick a whatever bowl. The price seems pretty reasonable, and the interior of the store is clean and nicely decorated. The toilet is gross though, and it needs to be deep cleaned.

I meant to write this awhile ago, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to the woman working at this location the day before Thanksgiving. They were understaffed that day and it seemed like everyone in the world wanted an açaí bowl that day. I don’t know how she kept it together, but she got every order (online or in person) with a smile on her face. Most would’ve crumbled under that pressure, but not her! GREAT JOB!!!

Disappointed in my build my own smoothie. It doesn't taste like anything. I'm healthy. I don't have covid. But this smoothie that's is supposed to be flavorful tastes like nothing when I drink it. There's supposed to be peanut butter and cocoa nibs and almond milk, but it tastes like nothing. Very bland. Where's the flavor?

The bowl was very yummy and delicious and the customer service by Kendall i believe was her name was absolutely wonderful. she was very sweet and attentive and let me try samples and gave her opinions 10/10 definitely coming back.
These guys don’t pay any attention to their posted hours, they close whenever they want leaving customers to a ‘plan B’ this is the last time, sick of their ungrateful lack of gratitude for my business. Never spending another dime there!!! ?
