The atmosphere and service are great. A classy venue for professional events as well as a pleasure dining experience. Beautiful design, exterior and interior. The food that I have experienced here is not up to par with the rest of the establishment. I expect better chopped vegetables, nicer plating and a goggles lever of flavor. Let me start by saying that the Farmer and Seahorse is our favorite place for brunch. Like all restaurants in San Diego they are short staffed because of the cost of living. Our server messed up on things, food sent to the wrong table etc. the manager took all the items that were mishandled and took them off our bill he also gave us a gift certificate to come back. We love this place.
such a lovely location and environment with all ages and types of people...gorgeous day didn't hurt. interesting menu and drink choices and good service...didn't rush us at all.
