Who ever just answered the phone (on Thanksgiving) lost this business money. Called to ask what were the vegan options available and he responds, “we have like 5 or 6”… I have a line of people. Our menu is online.”
Next time consider that you might have an accessible customer who doesn’t immediately have access to read the menu online. A better response would simply be, may I place you on a brief hold or address the call quickly.

This place never disappoints for breakfast or brunch. The fig jam French toast is incredible, and I love that the patio is dog-friendly. Truly always a great choice.

Came in on a Sunday around 10 AM and the wait which was estimated to be 25-35 minutes was actually over 50 minutes. The place is just too busy with not enough staff I guess. Took a long time to be seated. Ordered relatively quickly but then again took a long time for the food to come out. 2 dishes came out. One was cold fries and cold sandwich. The pancake was fine. The third dish came out 5 minutes later. Waiter asked if everything was good when the third dish was dropped off then never came back until the check. No refilled drinks the whole time. We all had empy drinks and needed extra napkin but no help. Overall just not a good experience. We will probably not be coming back to this location.

Pretty awesome brunch. Their breakfast burrito was delicious! We arrived at a very popular time which came with an hour wait, but the hostess recommended ordering and sitting at the outside tables. Following her recommendation we ended up waiting 15 minutes for our food and she even took the time to shine with superior customer service by offering drinks and a little table service to us. Their prices are good especially considering how delicious everything tasted. Overall if you’re looking for a tasty breakfast this place does not disappoint.

One of the worst veggie omelettes I have ever had. There was no flavor, no salt. The veggies were bad quality (it just had a bunch of sundried tomatoes from a jar).

The mocha coffee was good but served room temp.

Overall super disappointing!

Food’s always good and whenever I have guests from out of town, I have to take them to fig tree, but stood out the most this time was the exceptional customer service by Parker and Ben even on an extremely busy Sunday morning

Delicious pork belly and cheese grits; only missed a star because the pork belly was not as crispy as expected, and was not hot. But I’ll definitely be eating here again and I would recommend.

I came here for Sunday brunch. I want something savory so I went with the plant based omelette. Vegan sausage, pepper, and vegan cheese in a perfect, tender Just Egg omelette. Served with nice rosemary potatoes and toast. I had decaf coffee and had to wait a while for it, but it was excellent. It was a huge amount of food. I took half of it home with me. The place was nice they were a little busy when we arrived. The servers were a little slow coming to take our order once we were settled down but after that, they found their footing I was thinking about not going back but I will just to see if the next time is better than the first time.
