Very poor service. Although they were quick to seat us and take our orders, drinks didn't come until the meals were served. Never once came back to check on us or offer refills.

I waited for about 20 min for my food. The people preparing the food did not have any gloves on. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so smothered in sauce the bread broke apart and I couldn't eat it. The fries were good and the tortilla soup was cold but it was good. Not worth the $20.

Maybe if you stop taking patrons at 2:00 and not 3:00, even when most of the tables are empty, you should put 2:00 instead of 3:00 as your closing time instead of inconveniencing people and causing them to drive all the way to you just to walk away hungry and having to figure out food on the fly after wasting gas money because you were too lazy to do your job.

Want to have a delicious breakfast? Want to wait @30-40 minutes on a Sunday @11:15? They have great coffee and creamer in a little pitcher. They have strong, spicy 'The Classic' Bloody Marys for $11. The Man Candy was good, but I prefer them crunchy, not soft. The poached eggs were perfect on the American and the Short Rib Benedict. The Coffee Cake looks great and was pretty nutty and crumbly. I would not order that one again. They will come to your table to run your credit card. I always try to leave cash for tip.I thought 15% to 20% was the average to tip, especially since the prices have gone up. The tip started here at 18%- 25%.Pro tips: come early to get on the list, park to the left facing Food 4 Less because there is usually parking available there, bring an extra layer in case you have to sit outside. Get the code before you use the bathroom, it's mixed use bathrooms.Could work better: If you are coming with someone who has hearing issues, this would not be my pick. They could do something with the acoustics to help. I sat across from a friend and we had to repeat what we said several times. *And, Please get some kind of hook to hang a handbag. Women do not want to hold their purses while they sit on a toilet. Nor do they want to put it on a shelf near the diaper changing station is.

Honestly was disappointed. Good seemed great, but many menu items weren’t available when we went on a Sunday afternoon. Great food wasn’t prepped as well as I’m used to unfortunately. Maybe I came on a bad day. Would love to be proved wrong; their sister restaurant Breakfast Republic is an old fave.
I hate customer service it was terrible. It was raining and we were sitting outside .we get food and clothes wet. Asked the waitress if we can change tables or do something about the raining an her answer was that they can't do anything about the rain.so it was really bad.

I get that it's busy. The slow service is understandable to an extent. It started raining when some of our food got there (even though we were missing one person's whole meal) Asked our server if they could pull down the shades and if not if we could move. Her response was "let me get the manager so she can talk to you." I dont see why she couldnt just answer my question. Manager came over and just said "I can't pull that down and I can't move you, there's nothing I can do for you." (Even though they moved the table they seated right behind us right after she walked away.) I requested to cancel the missing meal as we were finished and the food never arrived. There was no apology or anything close to it. As someone who has been a manager in a restaurant before I can't fathom being so unbothered by this the way they were. I'm not asking for anything special, just to get was I was prepared to pay for and to be able to eat my meal while not being rained on.
