Came for gelato, but I ended up loving the cute little GF cakes! The gelato is by far the best I've had in a long time! My BF had the passion fruit sorbet which was super yummy! I got the honey lavender, which was so creamy, plus the little lemon cake. Both were very delicious! A wonderful find for my fellow GF peeps!

Loved their pastries ??? they look and taste amazing!!! Just the right amount of sweetness, with sugar not overpowering your taste buds. Gelato ice cream is decent but nothing to rave about. Service is outstanding! So 5 stars. Will be back to try more pastries!!!

Amazing gelato at Figaro! I’ve eaten a lot of gelato and ice cream in San Diego and this is definitely in the top 10%. We had a cup of tiramisu and cookie & caramel and one of chocolate and hazelnut cremini. Very nice interior and friendly staff. They also let us sit inside with our dog which was nice with how hot it is, they do have outdoor seats as well. Recommend!

The desserts here were so good! I got the lemon and the cloud nine, which was matcha and raspberry. My husband got peanut butter chocolate. They were so good! This is a great spot to just get coffee and dessert either a friend or a date night. I highly recommend.

Got 3 different kinds of cake, and a cheese cake. I tried the first one which was the chocolate berry flavored cake. I give it a 4/10 it had a very dry and stale taste to it. Ate 2 bites and tossed it to the dogs lol... Next I got the tiramisu which I had my last visit... it was great last time i had it but this time they absolutely nuked it. I don't know if the display for the cakes Temperature is bad or what but 2 for 2 cakes were dry and stale flavored. The last cake I had was the turtle cheese cake. This was pretty good and I enjoyed it very much. The service was great and the environment was very neat. I would recommend the Gelato, but I guess you can take a gamble with the cakes

Pretty cute dessert cafe in hillcrest, we went there for coffee and a crepe. The crepe we ordered is a savory one called Monty Cristo, it was savory with a little bit sweetness from the raspberry jam. It was pretty good. Their coffee is nice too. They have so many beautiful cake and gelato options, it might be a good place for desserts. The table was a little bit dirty, didn’t clean very well.
