(12/4/2025) First-time coming to this firehouse sandwich 🥪. The sandwich I ordered was a steak & cheese sandwich 🥪 I told them I wanted the bread 🥪 hot & toasty. When I got home, the bread was not toasty, it was soft & chewy. It was good. They need to put more cheese & steak meat, like the pictures portrays on the billboard-menu. They made my with less cheese & steak meat, & lots of sauté onions & pepper's. The decor of the firehouse is nice.

Came here today around 5:30pm ordered 2 Sandwiches which took 25+minutes to make, which is very inconvenient. Do not come here on your lunch they’re very slow. Got home and both my sandwiches were missing most the toppings.

I walked in to order a sub sandwich and at the register I was met with outstanding service great job! As my sandwich was being made again was met with outstanding service great job. Great job firehouse! Thank you

Every time we come to this location we always are disappointed. Not in the food but the service and the employees attitudes. They never have tea made. Came at noon and non was prepared. Also their soda machines were broke so we have to pay for bottled water. Very disappointed, no apologies just excuses.

Just got a Sub. The worst Italian Sub I ever got

I placed an online order. After submitting, the order didn't look correct. I attempted to call the store to confirm the order and it's accuracy. No one answered. I called for 30mins. No one answered. The food has now been delivered, and as I suspected, it was not what I wanted. I haven't had any major problems from this store in the past, so it's unfortunate that I have to provide this feedback/rating. I have been a fan of Firehouse for well over 20 years, and have never had this experience.

Pretty good sandwich. Store was not perfectly clean but not filthy. Girl making the sandwich was friendly.
