This location had been my favorite. I go here on lunch whenever I visit SD for training for my job.
I ordered the new French Dip and I would not recommend it.
The French dip I got was as if it was left out for 10 minutes. It wasn’t hot, it was terribly lukewarm and so was the Au Jus.
I didn’t ask for a remake because it got very busy soon after receiving my order and I was starving so I just sucked it up.
I wouldn’t recommend FireHouse for a while as my past 3 experiences at a FH location has been embarrassingly disappointing.
Hot sandwiches being cold, drinks being watered down. It’s just not worth it.

Subs are good and usually made pretty well, as in meats and toppings are spread evenly. Staff are friendly and provide accurate timeline for when the food will be done.

I really appreciate being welcomed in and the location always feels clean and inviting. There's another sandwich shop nearby that I used to frequent, but in comparison it felt very cold and poorly maintained. Firehouse Subs has been my go-to since I discovered it earlier this year.

This location is the BEST! Subs come out warm and all together. Also the staff is awesome! Manny was the guy who made my sandwich and came out delicious! He is an expert. Have him make yours! Steak & cheese sub is the bomb!
