Firehouse Subs Mira Mesa

This is ridiculous. I spent $8.50 and got a 3” sandwich with not a lot of meat even. What a rip-off. That will be my last trip here.

We ordered 2 combos with chili soup and they forgot to put both chiili in the bag. I tried calling and no one answers. It’s frustrating coz we have to drive 20mins just to go back to the store.

Use to be good but they need to hire more people or something. Last 3 times I've waited 30 minutes for my sub and it wasn't during the lunch rush at all.

This last time (right now)I ordered ahead thinking that would fix it but the sub is 30 minutes late and counting

Do not come here if you value your time

Firehouse subs are probably the best subs I've ever had. Any of the other sub fast food places. The sandwiches are served hot with plenty of meat and a portion of the sale goes to local firefighters.

Poor service, poor dining experience. The employees of this restaurant should learn how to treat customers kindly, especially the Asian boy who is a fool and should be fired

I’m only get an opportunity to get a Sub here once in a while!Because we live in the Chula Vista area.My wife’s Dr is at UCSD Cancer center, so I take the time to get over to the store while we’re in the area.We always get a large Hook and Ladder and we really enjoy it.Servers are great and friendly!Can’t wait to get back.

We just came across Firehouse subs and we were pleasantly surprised! It was so amazing!! We don’t live close to it, but I wish we did!!

Very uncomfortable, they use the same rag. To clean the garbage can to clean the tables. When I told the manager, she said it's fine. We'll never eat here very nasty. Super expensive, definitely will never be coming back here. And the sandwiches actually was not that good. The bread was so hard.
