I’m only get an opportunity to get a Sub here once in a while!Because we live in the Chula Vista area.My wife’s Dr is at UCSD Cancer center, so I take the time to get over to the store while we’re in the area.We always get a large Hook and Ladder and we really enjoy it.Servers are great and friendly! Can’t wait to get back.

Very uncomfortable, they use the same rag. To clean the garbage can to clean the tables. When I told the manager, she said it's fine. We'll never eat here very nasty. Super expensive, definitely will never be coming back here. And the sandwiches actually was not that good. The bread was so hard.

We came down here for the T-Mobile Tuesday offer. Which. Needs to be placed through their app. We got there and realized it wasn't ready. So we sat down and kept seeing ppl get their orders. So we let them know at that point we had gotten there. The guy said "we will work on yours next". But that was a lie cuz they kept doing other ppls order. The ppl that got in line were getting their orders first. So we asked again. And the guy said "you guys are next now that we did everyone that was in line"... i have never seen a place do that. Your supposed to do the orders at the time they come in. After reading the reviews here I'm pretty sure it's their tactic to push away ppl that try to use the deals. We got our order a half hour after placing it. I would not recommend going to this location.

It's a solid 2 star place for customer serviceSandwiches solid 3.Ambience probably 2 because tables get no privacy and you have to seat right in front of the counter. Bathroom is very limited and usually out of service

I paid $20 for a basic sub (made incorrectly no side or drink). They should at least provide good customer service. I can't believe they even ask you to tip and then have an attitude if you don't.

It remains unclear if this is store policy or company wide policy because the manager didn't even know, but the birthday reward only is allowed to be placed via online or mobile order according to the email you receive the week of. I had walked in 8 minutes past the time expected to be ready and the sandwiches had not been started. I asked about my pick up order to which I was asked for my ID to show proof of my birthday. I didn't have it as my friend drove and we had already paid online. Most places you can show your email/order receipt and still pick up food. Not here! I was asked if I have a picture of my ID. I do not. I offered the email showing the birthday reward or receipt. That wasn't good enough. They asked me if someone at home could take a picture of my ID. The manager was rude in her tone of voice and her mannerisms. Her colleague was kind enough to explain the policy in a less condescending manner.Fortunately, I only live 2 minutes down the road and was able to get my wallet. But I asked if they could start the sandwich while I was gone. They said yesI came back showing them my ID and they were instantly nicer to me. Not sure if it is because I proved my date of birth or because my friend who also ordered a sandwich had come in with me at this point and they were saving face. At this point the manager was overly attentive and beginning to start the sandwiches from the order. Is this because there were additional people in the restaurant or because I confirmed my date of birth? Potential Solutions to avoid miscommunication in the future because I'm clearly not the first who has experienced this based on other reviews. 1. A clear policy within the birthday email about bringing your ID and expecting your sandwich to be made after an ID is shown2. A sign within this store stating "IDs required for all sandwich orders" 3. Customer service training on how to be firm on policy yet empathetic and compassionate in order to keep your customer base Due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service I will not be coming back to this location. I have never been treated like such a criminal over a sandwich. Based on this, I will be going to other sandwich based establishments that do not need to identify me before placing an order. Subway, Jerseys Mikes, Ike's, Which Which or Jimmy John's

Service is soooo badddd. I think the girl was upset that I didn’t tip her which I did not for great reasons. She rolled her eyes and wouldn’t even verbally respond to me. Didn’t call my order out just left my sandwich on the counter and then, when I asked her to correct my sandwich, she was still mute and left it on the counter open and helped other customers. I opened up the sandwich and it was another story of bad . For the price you think you’d get a decent sandwich and service. My last visit here. This is service was intentionally bad rather than a mistake. There was also two people in front of me and I was in there for 40 minutes.

I recently went to make an order and they refused to take my order because i requested them to drop it off in my vehicle as im currently under the weather and did not want to risk the employees health by entering the establishment, which is something ive done a numerous amount of times with absolutely no problems or confusion, for people who “support service members and those alike” the service is lacking maybe yall should make it known that curbside pick-up is normal across all firehouse sub locations

Made a special request as an active duty service member in uniform asking them if they could bring the food to my vehicle and they were not willing to accommodate my situation 10/10 would not recommend, love firehouse but not the service(even though they’ve done it previously on multiple occasions)
