This is El Prieto. They have several food trucks in the area, Chula on Main St. where I was first introduced, El Cajon and this on University. Love the Chula, tried El Cajon but was not impressed and this where the food was as good as or as the cook said, “Better!” ? Can’t argue.Had six fish tacos and two marisco seafood ones thinking they might be much smaller. Nope. Have been coming here for a few years and been loving the fish tacos. The older gentlemen that was working the truck was always friendly and made them so perfect. Then two girls started to work the truck and the tacos were ok. But today, a different gentleman was cooking and my 3 fish tacos that normally take some time to make, were packed up and given to me in just a couple of minutes. Their service were friendly and quick. They have a very large menu but they might not have everything and the lady will tell you what they have in stock.
