We love coming to this Five Guys. It’s conveniently close, there is always parking available, the service is always great, and the food is delicious!
Parking: Plenty of spots available during lunch and dinner

Very dissatisfied with my order especially given the price. Burgers were mid and Cajun fries were egregiously salty. I used my pasta strainer to try to remove the excess salt once home. And even with that, the amount of salt was still overwhelming and hurt my boyfriend’s mouth, ultimately becoming inedible.

Menu of hamburgers and hot dogs, this brand is very famous for having good hamburgers and they are, however they do not offer a differentiated flavor from the competition like a Shake or an In an out that the dressing makes the difference.
The burgers are good in general, a good smash burger and nothing more.

Unsanitary! Dirty tables, dirty bathroom, and my order was still wrong. Two workers went from the register to handling food. One was pressing down buns and adding condiments with the same gloves he was wearing as he worked the register! The other woman got bacon pieces with the same gloves she wore working the register. I had to ask her to change her gloves and start my milkshake over. I had to ask for my table to be wiped. When I requested well done for my burger, I was told that all of their food is made well done. I ordered a vanilla shake with bacon, and was told, the order is a bacon milkshake. Person taking my order kept getting it wrong and the bill kept rising. A person apologized who may have been a manager, but all of the conditions of the place were in her presence. I love tomatoes. I ordered tomatoes, but there were no tomatoes on my burger or receipt. The burger was very good minus the ton of pickles. The food was way overpriced! They did not care about points of contact at all! I was excited about my Five Guys dinner, but wished I would have passed this location by. YUCK!!!

The manager lady was rude. I’m not sure if she was on her period but she was not smiling at all and did not answer my questions professionally. I’ve been to many other five guys but this location is so unlucky to have such a bad manager. Definitely will not visit here again

I hadn't been to five guys in a while and I was really disappointed with their frys and service. Their bacon cheese burger was ok, but it didn't wow me like all my other previous experiences. I went on 7/26/24 @8pm and the manager and her quality control in Hillcrest sucks. I will give them another try but just not that location.
