So expensive! I can’t remember the last time I had to backtrack on what I ordered and deduct items from the order but when I was told $24 for a burger, fries, and shake I was like nope not today!

Had me wait about 30 minutes to find out they already had my order made and was sitting. The guy tried to gaslight me and said that they were calling me, but I had been inside the whole time waiting. Then he said the fries were fresh but you can guess how that turned out

Service was not any better than Jack in the Box. I was hopeful the food was going to be like other Five Guy Experiences. Disappointing my burger was drenched in mayo made for a soggy burger. My son’s fries super burnt. My wife’s order not tasty at all with missing bacon. They need new cooks and better management. Try a different location this one is not clean, low quality burgers and customer service is not existent. Go to In and Out better taste and better service.

The best burger in the world the best milkshake I've ever tasted a huge bag of lightly salted fresh cut french fries excellent service when we walked in everybody smiled and said welcome what can we get for you today! The smile stayed on their face the whole time we were there and they were super friendly and very helpful great experience especially from Samantha, very nice!
