We came here Sunday (3/24) evening to grab a quick bite to eat. We were from out of town and this place happens to be a few short blocks (within walking distance) from where we were staying at.The outside of Five Guys is similar to other Five Guys. The location of this particular outfit is next to a couple of other eateries and a couple of cosmetic stores. Parking can be difficult judging by the limited parking spaces available.The inside of this location appears clean and smells clean which is good. Food ordering is at the front counter. It took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready.We all got burgers and side of fries to share. The burgers came out very good as well as the Cajun fries, both tasted like other five guys burgers at other locations.At the time when we came, it was around 5pm and wasn’t particularly busy. There were a few other patrons dining at the same time we were there. So 5pm on a Sunday evening is a good time to come here.Parking: Lot is small and tight. Will be difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle.

Last night I came here at 8:00 pm with my family. After we placed our order, the cashier asked if we were going to tip. When she saw that we didn’t she sucked her teeth and immediately had an attitude. We waiting for thirty minutes and I finally went to the front to ask if our food was ready after we saw so many people who came after us get their orders. When I approached them they apologized and gave me the wrong order. It was so upsetting.

I like the hamburgers. But I will not be going back because the music was just way too loud and I could not enjoy my meal. I don't like to have to complain because the employees act like it is their right to crank up the music as loud as they want to make their shift go easier. Management should be on top of this but they are not
$20 for a burger and fries is Insane.It's Greed, pure greed.If in n out can make profit on their $5 burgers then there is no reason these guys should be charging triple the price (other than greed)

Nothing special about my mini bacon cheeseburger. I waited forever for a burger they forgot to add bacon too. I wasn't too happy about my sandwich being cold when I received it. You would figure with so many people working the place would be clean but that's just wishful
