Today's experience at five guys made me feel like I was in a cartoon--and not in a good way. All we ordered was one regular fry, for $7.29, no burgers or anything that would take a long time to cook. We ordered at 1:17, and by 1:35 we hadn't heard anything. We asked about our order, to which they said they hadn't even started. Mind you, the restaurant was relatively empty there were only like 8-10 people in the entire restaurant (as pictured), so it's not like they were super busy with other orders. Once we finally received our single order of fries about 30 minutes after ordering, we realized they gave us the "little fry" instead of our order of "regular fries," meaning we paid $7.29 for a much smaller order of fries. After bringing this to the workers attention, they seemed annoyed and reluctantly decided to give us what we paid for. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we received this (see image of brown bag of fries), no apology or sense of feeling bad for the horrible service. They didn't even bother to give us the fries in their regular container, and just threw some loose fries in the bag. In total, we probably didn't even receive the fries you would receive in a regular order of fries, and waited around 40 minutes for what we ordered. I'm not one to leave reviews on places, but this was the worst service i've received at a restaurant ever.
Oh yeah, and I added a 10% tip at purchase, but I'm not planning on ever making that mistake again lol.

As other reviewers have said, this is a great "cheat food" place. The food is fantastic. Kimberly (Truxton location) served us and she is awesome. The atmosphere is diner-esque. We enjoy it every time we are there.

They only had 3 guys and a girl when I visited, but that place rocked. I had been jonesing for a hamburger for a while. They did not disappoint, Food was spot on Restaurant was immaculate. Absolutely recommend.

Update was super sick all day today. I wouldn’t eat this if you ever paid me too.Peanuts are cool and milkshakes are great!The rest of the food is overrated and over priced. I also got a stomach ache from itTwo double cheese burgers reg fries no drinks milkshake 44 dollars
