Dont order delivery and you should be fine. Ate in person a few times it was fine. Ordered delivery and fries were ice and burger bun wet/moist fell apart.

I went into Five Guys this afternoon and it was so busy. It seemed stressful to me as it was packed. As I waited in line I couldn’t help but notice how polite, patient and kind William was to everyone. He provided the best customer service.

Very long wait, over 20 minutes for a couple burgers..
Just ordered DoorDash from here. My fries were burnt to a crisp. Not edible. $8+ dollars plus tax and fees and all I got back was a $5 credit from door dash. To the cook who burnt my fries; find another job if you're that unhappy with your current one. No need to take it out on your customers.

Came here Saturday afternoon for lunch. Place is a good size, but the staff just seems to hate their job. Short and rude with me and my kids. Food was good and on par for five guys, Cajun fries well seasoned. Overall experience won't get me back here as there are just better food options around here with more happier employees
