Employees here are great! I was eating there when a disabled woman wandered in, they were super nice to her while keeping customers comfortable. She did get into the peanut box and had questionable hygiene so they employees quickly removed the box to make sure no other guests got the contaminated nuts. Couldn't have asked for anyone to handle it better.

PROS: + cheeseburger + cajun fries + convenient location + HUGE portions + easy parking + efficient staff CONS: - it's still a chain haha I can't justify giving a five star Yelp rating to a chain, so I'll just dock one star. This is one of my favorite fast food chains, and the staff here is great. Will definitely come back whenever I have a craving :)

Not the best option for a burger any longer for fast food. Went mid Jan, burgers are now so so. Fries also lack the typical crispiness expected. Prices are now ridiculous. $9+ for a fast food burger? Also, why does the payment credit card machine have a tip screen now? Am I expected to tip for fast food? Five guys, just pay your employees more please. $16 per hour in San Diego might be a little less compared to other chains.

Good food but this location needs to step up their customer service. When you order ahead online, they don’t make your order until you show up- so whats the point?! You end up waiting longer than if you had just ordered in store. Terrible system. Your food is NOT ready for pickup when you arrive.

The place was buzzing! The fries were delicious. The Little Hamburger came without either the pickles or tomatoes specified. The Little Bacon Cheeseburger came without the bacon or the specified mushrooms. The place needs some attention to quality control.

I have never been disappointed by a Five Guys and this is no exception. So freaking good! The fries... the burgers.... exactly the way I order it each time.

The staff was accommodating and had excellent communication. Yet, the food was lacking. Upon opening my regular cheeseburger, I was face to face with a tower of food. I was excited to dig in. Yet when I grabbed said burger, I was immediately disappointed. The bottom bun of the burger was MUSH, not eatable at all. When I grabbed it, two things happened, disgust ran through my mind, and my fingers ripped through the mush like it was air. There I was, holding the hot steaming patty. Don't get me started on the fries; just CAKED in salt. I ate two fries out of all of them before trashing them. No flavor, just SALT. For a $10 burger, this is not it.

Had a very good customer service at this location. It’s easy to find parking and very good and fast service .There was no line to order at 5pm . And I only waited 12 minutes for 5 different orders.They have some problems with the phone to order sometimes.

Last 2 times I went to the same location was bad, 1st one they wrong my order and the 2nd they didn't make correctly my order. ?
Music was a little loud the day I visited. Other than that it's just like what you expect from 5 guys. Everything was tasty!It's a smaller location but there's some outside seating too!

Staff is kind friendly and very clean. I like my hamburgers well done and they made it well done. So many times other places say they'll do it and they don't. Ordered multiple items and had two different orders and they got everything right. This is my second time ordering from this location and I'm grateful that they're awesome!!! I also had a shake from them (bananna) for the first time and it was excellent! Thank u sooooo much everyone at this location!!!

The burger was great!! The fries were good. The electronic drink machine lets you pick from many choices. The service was amazing!!! The seasoned fries were OVER seasoned, though the flavor was great.
