Always amazing!

Super fast and friendly service

Have been using 5* for several years now. Always shipping frozen bluefin tuna from SD to Newark, more recently to Miami. Fish always arrives rock-solid frozen, collars and all. I choose 5-mil bags, the tuna is good to eat raw for at least 2 years. My typical shipment is 150 lbs of fillets, only one or two bags out of hundreds lost vacuum over time. Shipping staff is flexible, responsive, and courteous. I will continue using 5* Fish Processing.

Five Star went above and beyond to accommodate the logistics of my travel. Teresa was a gem of a human to work with, and she ensured that I was able to pick up my beautifully processed BFT before my early flight back to Alaska.

Their professionalism and care for my special request was the difference maker for my epic fishing trip, and my experience would not have been the same without Teresa, Marco, and the crew at Five Star - thank you all so much!

The crew at 5 Star was exceptional! Great service, high quality freezer bags and freezer box. They accommodated an early morning pick up which allowed me to make my flight home to Hawaii. When I got home the fish was still frozen solid. I will be back!!

I utilized Five Star on my last trip out of Seaforth Landing because they had such great reviews. I live in Colorado now and the preparation of fish to survive the journey was extremely important to me. The fish took 30 days to arrive from my home from the time they received it, which I am okay with. What I can't abide is that more than 3/4 of the bags had lost their vacuum, and now I have over 35lbs of rancid yellowfin in my freezer. I gave 2 stars because the folks who I interacted with, both at the dock and via email, were very pleasant and professional. However, the actual job Five Star performed on my hard-earned (and let's be frank, extremely expensive given all that goes into a trip like this from Colorado) food leaves a lot to be desired. I'll be using another processor going forward.
