Well, sorry Flame Broiler I have to change my review to 4 stars. I ordered today from the app. It gave me a pick up time for about 20 minutes later. I was at another business in the shopping center so it was a short drive. I went in early and was asked how can we help you. I said I was picking up an order for Luana. She had a bit of an attitude and said it's too early. Umm, I knew that, I wasn't demanding my order. No need to be snippy. Got my order, looked in the bag and everything was there. Cool, I went home. Ugh! Two of the bowls were made wrong. I checked my receipt to see if I made a mistake and I didn't. It tasted good but I'm disappointed. Our order wasn't complicated, 2 of the bowls were supposed to be identical but only one was right? Mistakes happen but that's kind of weird.

Met a friend here for an impromptu dinner. Some positives: it was a clean restaurant and there was ample seating for disabled persons, the flavor itself was tasty for the food and their kimchi was yummy. Now to my disappointments: the portions were very small, not I realized that this was likely due to the server we received, I say that because I ordered a bowl to go and had a different server who was significantly more generous in their helping of meat than the girl I had for my dine-in order... That's frustrating and made me disappointed. I was disappointed in the size of the kimchi and the single-serve plastic that they come in, though I do think that it's clever for to-go orders it simply is wasteful and it was not enough kimchi to last my meal. Finally the "magic sauce" is just teriyaki, but it's good, skip the "hot sauce" it was buffalo in flavor and not enhancing to the meal at all.

The delicious smell from the grill drew me into this place. I ordered an Angus beef bowl. Thought there were too many vegetables. However, it actually turned out to be the perfect ratio of meat to veggie. Great placeDietary restrictions: Diabetes friendly

I tried the Angus beef mini bowl, and it didn't quite meet my taste expectations. It was a bit too salty for my liking, but the sauce did help improve the flavor somewhat. I plan to give it another try in the future, and my rating may change, but for now, I'd give it 3 stars. The service was fast and it was busy when I went there at 12nn.

Food tastes great. The staff is friendly with nice and kind attitude. Staff gave a welcome smile to the customer like me which made me happy. I go buy to make me happy. Flame Broiler accomplished that goal.

Food was absolutely dry. Magic sauce is just a watered down teriyaki sauce and more importantly the angus beef was extremely bland. Dried Beef Jerky and rice and uncooked vegetables for $12 but the service was fine just average and the restaurant had an average hygienic environment. Nothing special just recommend going to chipotle next door to get your money's worth.

Half wits work here. Unlike other flame broilers, the staff doesn't understand clear English. They have no customer service skills and you have to tell them your order 3 time though it's right on the menu. Paying attention to customers is real basic.
Food is always fast and fresh. One of my go-tos when I have to actually go in to work.

it should be no stars but I had to pick at least one....Ordered online from this place and waited a hour and watched at least 25 people get their order and go not to mention the walk in customers that came and went before me that ordered after me. I can say a lot more but whats the point I just walked out didn't even bother to ask for a refund. The food looks amazing but the service TRASH!

I recently visited Flame Broiler and had an excellent experience. The service was great, and my food was fresh and delicious. I am a frequent customer and this is one of my favorite places to go after the gym. The fast service and delicious food always keep me coming back. I highly recommend Flame Broiler to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.
