Excellent food. I wasn't expecting much because bar eats can be hit or miss. But this was amazing. The calamari was the best I've had anywhere and the spaghetti and meatballs were incredible, the sauce was so flavorful.

Staying at surfer Beach hotel. Went here for food . It was ok. Place is too loud. Got back to hotel and you can hear the loud music bumping to it closes. Music is way too loud. Pacific Beach has a commercial sound ordinance with specific decibel limits after 10pm. Will be calling police if it continues.

Food was decent. Service was terrible and prices were too high. Our food runner was in pants and a sports bra, super tacky! I know it's PB, still, super tacky. Patio also had a terrible sewer smell. No thanks!

I’ve been going to Flamingo Deck for years, it’s been my local spot for drinks and food in PB for almost a decade.
On Saturday August 9th 2025 around 11pm, a bartender was extremely rude to me while trying to buy drinks, refused to serve me, and when I asked why, she called me a thief, and called security on me. I walked out peacefully.
The allegation of theft had been perpetrated the night before on social media by a guy called Tim Lowrey who works at Open Bar, and that I am currently suing for theft, harrassment, trespassing, and defamation. Since then, he has recovered his backpack and its contents from another bar, and has witnessed video footage of the backpack mixup by Open Bar security, but has not coordinated with me to retract his statements he made online.
I also have reached out to Flamingo Deck about the incident, and they have decided to ignore my request to retract the bartender’s defamatory statements or take any corrective action.
As a result, I am considering my options of proceeding with legal action against this establishment (inc. the involved bartender and Tim Lowrey), until they decide to acknowledge and retract the mistake that occurred.

Best Margarita pizza. We had a nice family dinner here on a Monday night. They accommodated splitting the kids plates. The Goat and Berry Salad was so good we wanted the dressing recipe.
