Absolutely delicious! I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place. Lots of options for vegan and gluten free folks as well, basically half of the menu is vegan friendly. Cannot wait to eat here again!
I came to Flavors of East Africa today for the first time years. I brought my folks with me because they’ve never had East African food. Overall the experience was awesome and just as good as I remember from years back!

We didn't go to the restaurant but we had their food at the Ocean Beach Farmers Market and it was INCREDIBLE. We had decent portions of both the sweet and the spicy (level 4 out of 10) jerk chicken, a bunch of different rices, collard greens, and fried plantains (oh the plantains...!). Highly recommend their food!
