I ordered food but received a call that the oven wasn’t working and my order was cancelled. I was still charged and still haven’t received a refund after more than 2 months. Not great business for a locally run pizza place. Will never recommend.

I use this restaurant once a month for our monthly pizza party. A favorite among all our colleagues. Pizza is great quality and they are very communicative and easy to work with! :)

We ordered pizza from here last night. Well, it never arrived. Of course, it being Memorial Day they were probably closed. But they did not say so on their website and let me proceed to place an order on their website. I’ve tried calling again today to explain and get it refunded, but have not been able to get through.
They were also listed as open on Google Maps. Should I have called instead? Maybe, but am I rightly annoyed. Yes!
I’ll amend this review if they pick up their phone and make it right.
Update: Spoke to manager of this location as it was Corporate that did not update hours or fact they were closed. In all fairness, bumping this to three stars until I’ve actually tried their pizza. If it’s good I’ll go higher or lower accordingly. At least they tried to make it right.

I can't get enough....the crispy crunch of the all natural crust fallowed by the cheese and fresh Italian pepperoni....mmmmm best ny style pizza in San Diego hands down.if you love pizza a must try...!!!! ; )
