This is by far my favorite Italian spot. The food is so delicious, good quality. I am speaking from my own experience. I have not had a bad experience here, servers are nice. Customer service is good. Always clean. I love that this spot is open late. I go the Redwing bar close by here for a drink or two and when I'm done I stop by here to get my late night drinking munchies on. Their garlic cheese bread is too die for!! I go here more just for the pasta. Chicken parmigiana amazing! It is a bit pricey but you get your money's worth as well as the quality. I also have brought a few of my friends here as well and they all Love it.

The best Italian food in San Diego... not just North Park. It's a bit of a wait but we'll worth it. Never disappointed. The Alfred is rich and creamy and the parmesano is delicious! Good Beer and good wine when in the mood. I'm a New York and there are some mom and pops that was good there but this can compete with the east coast Italian restaurants.

In town to celebrate a 2 year anniversary. The Hotel we stayed at had delivery menus from Florence Ristorante. We decided to check it out as it was close. Our hostess Alejandra was awesome! - The food was excellent and a great value. Chicken Parm was on point! We will be stopping by the next time we're in North Park!

It's a very clean place and has nice outdoor and indoor seating. Server was kind but honestly the food wasn't that good. I ordered a philly steak sub and it was more mushroom than anything else. Also ordered a slice of pizza which was a 5/10 could of got a full pizza at little Cesar's for 5 bucks that would tasted better than the 5.50 meat lover slice. Than ordered a pizza sub. More bread than actual pizza style on sub. Either way service was great food was bland. In total it was 34.00 just could of gotten more full and had a better experience from little Cesar's for more than half of the price. Don't recommend.

So The works pizza was amazing I added pineapple and the flavors worked good together and I loved it had just the right amount of sauce. The crust and garlic bread had to be home made because you can't get bread like that unless it's homemade. Now the half and half was by far the best I love that I was able to have spaghetti and lasagna together. The sweet zesty sauce was great and noodles cooked perfectly. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful when choosing what to order. You really can't go wrong here if you want some good authentic Italian food. Also for you late nighters they're open late for those nights you want some good home made food...lol I absolutely love this place

One outstanding server (Alex) and one mediocre. Enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak, though bread-to-filler ratio too big. Chicken parma sandwich - too much friedness to the filling. Lasagna - ordinary. Caesar salad - ordinary.

The whole point of ordering a slice of pizza is to get it and eat quickly. Slices here are clearly made from scratch and it took like 25 minutes to get 1 slice of cheese pizza. They need to disclose this when ordering.

Came here and ordered two slices of pizza - ended up waiting 30min+ for the order. I wouldn't normally expect a slice of pizza to take that long, but even so, it would've been nice to get a heads up that it would have taken a while. When I finally asked where our order was, I was told it would be a few more minutes. I still ended up waiting an additional ~10-15min.

It was my first time visiting this place and it was overall good. I had a slice of pizza that was decent sized for their lunch special. They had a decent sized menu with sandwiches and whatnot. The venue was very large and had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
Ordered pick up through the website delivery. There was 2 customers seated and me. Got home ready to eat pizza when I open it and saw that it wasn’t the pizza I ordered. Very disappointed that I was handed the wrong pizza. It’s a long drive so not worth it to drive and exchange.

It's almost always on point except for if you order delivery late night. Well at least that was my experience last night.. So I placed an order through grubhub and around 2:30 I received a text message saying my pizza was outside. However there was nothing there. The restaurant was already closed so I called grubhub & they refunded me. When I contacted the restaurant today the girl that answered said they don't even take grubhub that they don't have the grubhub system but to hold while she contacted the drivers from last night. She comes back saying the 2 drivers came & delivered the order & maybe someone walked off with it. She offered to replace the order I told her I was refunded last night for 2nd time now & she still offered to resend my order for the inconvenience she said. About 15 mins later she called back to say her manager said they won't send the order as I was already refunded by grubhub. I still need to speak with the manager as being I notified the person who took my call twice that I was refunded & then being offered the order that it should of been resent as it was already offered by the employee.

I love the chicken parm sub from Florence ristorante. It's bomb and I really like their chicken wings. I also want to add I ordered Uber ears from Florence and my order never arrived. I ordered again and mentioned how my order never arrived. I asked if they could hook it up and they threw in a piece of delicious cheese cake. Above and beyond service. You guys rock!

A drunk angry man threatened my friends and I while eating at this restaurant. The employees responded promptly and calmly dealt with the situation. Also the pizza is good and cheap. 10/10
