Disappointing Service
Went here expecting a decent “speakeasy” experience, but the service was terrible. The staff lacked patience when taking orders and seemed irritated whenever we asked for anything. When we requested more drinks, we were repeatedly overlooked and told they’d return, only to be ignored for over ten minutes.

On top of that, my friend asked for a drink that they clearly had the ingredients for, yet they flat-out refused to make it with no explanation. The worst part? My wife gave up cheese for Lent due to her religious beliefs, and when we asked for the teriyaki chicken without cheese, they acted like it was an impossible request. After some resistance, they finally agreed but then made a rude remark about her belief by bringing out the dish while sarcastically stating it had “extra cheese” just to tease us. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Unacceptable service—definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Let me know if you want any final adjustments!

"Speakeasy" connected to a brewery. Must make reservations as the place is small. Non alcoholic drinks were not tasty. Took a while to get 11 drinks for our table and common consensus was they were just ok or not very good. Also, mostly ice so gone in like 3 or 4 sips. Stayed one round and GTFO.

Horrible experience from the start. Other customers are rude and shoved us right as we walked in and wait staff immediately acted like we were an inconvenience, which is surprising as a large party who has to automatically tip 20%. Our server went out of her way to be condescending towards us without any obvious reason. It smelled like BO so bad the air was thick. We came in extremely high spirited and ready to enjoy a new spot, but safe to say we left disappointed and will not be returning.

Make sure you have a reservation… but even than the place to sit for 2 people is a bench with 2 round small wood “tables” couldn’t enjoy my first date as planned.. but it ended up working out… 2 drinks later & a kink in my neck from having to turn my neck to look at my date

I’m not trying to be mean but the best part about going here was it gave us something to laugh about for the rest of the night because it was that bad. The salsa was watered down Pace picante and the chips literally and I’m not exaggerating tasted like an Amazon box. Do not get the scorpion it was a bowl of tropicana for 36 dollars. The marketing team deserves a raise because they got us. It would make a good corporate office party location though. Sucks man because the staff was so good.

Probably one of my favorite Tiki bars ever.
It is super immersive.
From the moment you have to find your way in, reminiscent of a speakeasy, to the probability that you will exit to the back of the house. (Warning- Do not exit via the door that reads: “Aloha”. That is NOT an exit!)

The bartender who helped me was absolutely lovely.
She explained everything in-depth and she made sure I was well taken care of!

Definitely an experience I would recommend to any lover of Tiki.

I was there for less than half an hour, and absolutely enjoyed my experience! (Top 5 globally for sure!)

It was sad to see there was only one waitress greeting and seating the patrons as well as waiting on all the tables. She did as good as she could. Who could possibly keep up with that work load. Management really fell down by only having one employee. We have been there before and not seen that. There were 2 bar tenders. I wanted to ask the waitress why the second drinks we ordered came in smaller glasses for both of us but she was too busy. It certainly got our attention though. I looked on the check when I paid. All four 4 drink were the same price but the first 2 were definitely larger then the last 2. Perplexing to say the least. Especially when 4 drinks cost $71. Taken advantage of?

Fun night of drinks at the tropical speakeasy! The staff was so nice and friendly and our bartenders were great. Drinks tasted great and fit the vibe of the speakeasy. Would definitely go again.

I don't know about the food, you don't go to a hidden bar to eat.
The drinks are good. The place plays really like a hidden bar. The atmosphere is nice to go and discover a new bar. But if you're looking for a romantic escape this isn't the place (The Convoy Piano Bar will be more convenient), and if you're looking for a more animated place to enjoy music, festive people and why not try to dance again this isn't the place (try Captain's Quarter or Grass Skirt in PB)

The atmosphere was underwhelming. Drinks were average, food was bland, decor was cheesy.

One rant: We were initially seated in a walk way to the kitchen at a table made of 2 knee height small wicker square benches. Two regular 4 seater tables were open. After much persisting, we were finally moved. There wasn't a line and the guests that the server was holding the tables for never arrived.

The servers were great but dressed in random sloppy apparel.

A cohesive theme for the servers, decor, menu, drinks and food would elevate the space. The Tiki theme was barely noticeable beyond the entry corridor. It's not a terrible back up if the other upscale speakeasys in the area are booked.

Will not be returning

The drinks and service were amazing! Our bartenders were very friendly and attentive. They also knew a lot about the history of the spirits and drinks. Such a great place to visit

This was really such a fun place to enjoy some amazing food and drinks. Have catch up time with my girls. The bartender and Jorge the chef provided stellar service. Definitely would recommend for a chill vibe and would love to go again. Best drink Lapu Lapu and both pork tacos and nachos were phenomenal.

Love the secret entrance through the bar. It made it feel very much like a speakeasy. The food and drinks were great. The poke was fresh tasting and the Kalua pork nachos was enough for two and had excellent flavor. The Lapu Lapu was a fruity citrus delight and the Zombie was strong with a light citrus flavor. Overall, it was a great ambiance and our 90 minute experience was fantastic.
