Billy and Sierra from Four Seasons Catering truly exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day unforgettable! From the moment we began working with them, their professionalism and creativity shone through. They designed a dream menu for us that was both delicious and beautifully presented.

The cocktail hour appetizers were a huge hit, and the 8-ft charcuterie table they created was nothing short of spectacular—our guests were amazed! We received countless compliments on the food and the impeccable service from their staff.

The three signature drinks they crafted were perfect and added a wonderful touch to our celebration. Everything was executed flawlessly, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results.

WE LOVED THIS TEAM! Sierra and Billy were by far the most responsive, kind, and flexible team we worked with to cater my dad's 60th birthday party. They handled an outdoor mixed station and tray pass party for over 100 people like absolute pros. Their entire staff was friendly, professional, and warm throughout the planning and service.Best of all, the food was DELIGHTFUL. Our guests were blown away by their tasty bites (we are still getting positive feedback nearly a week later) - especially the Lamb Lollipops, Fried Chicken Biscuit sliders, and OMG the fried artichoke hearts.... absolutely delicious (@Billy please give me the recipe hehe), even our meat lovers were obsessed with them. All of it was fantastic and they made the whole event a total hit.They left our kitchen spotless at the end of the night and sent a lovely follow up email the next day. These are good people with big talent for food. The bar was also fabulous and made our hosting easy as pie.We will be using them again and again and I recommend you do too. Cherry on top - they are WAY more affordable than everyone else who quoted us. Thank you Four Seasons!!!

Billy and Sierra are absolutely amazing. I am so so so happy we chose them as our catering company. First of all, the food is next level. We had so many guests raving about the food, and so many people actually went for seconds, which we were thrilled to hear! We were sold on the cheesesteak eggrolls to begin with, but the filet was literally melt in your mouth, out of this world. A couple guests even raved about the salad!!! They were super friendly and Sierra was awesome with handling all of the communications and updates we made throughout the process. They also did our bartending, and were great with the many special requests I had. Finally, they absolutly SAVED our wedding - we went the BYO route but had our beer/liquor ratio very wrong. We were out of vodka at some point after dinner, and their team was absolutely incredible and went out and replenished our supply! It was only about a 15 min timeframe that guests couldn't order vodka drinks, and was fixed before most guests even noticed. I cannot thank them enough for this, it was probably my worst case scenario and they managed to fix it even before me or the groom knew. Seriously, hire them. They also were one of the best quotes we got by miles, they are a really great company that actually cares about the clients and isn't just trying to price gouge you. 1000 stars!

Amazing food and service. When my husband and I were looking at caterers for our wedding, one of our wedding venues recommendations was for 4 Seasons. The first impressions were great , they take such time and care about their food and it is evident in how it tastes . During our wedding day , all the servers were attentive and took such initiative to make sure all the guests and ourselves were attended to . Every quest raved about the food and we would highly recommend using 4 Seasons now and in the future .

Chef Billy's passion for cooking is apparent. Four Seasons catered our wedding perfectly with some of the best food I've ever tasted. The menu is stellar and flexible. Chef Billy was accommodating and insightful in helping us taste and choose our menu. Sierra was a delight to work with, and everything went smoothly without a hitch on the wedding day. Many family members and friends are still raving about the food. If we had to get married again, we would 100% go with Four Seasons again.
