This place made quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever heard. You know that saying, even bad pizza is good? Lies! The pizza arrived cold, in a soggy box. I ordered through Postmates. I also ordered some wings and cookies and the total was close to $90. Do yourself a favor, and just order Pizza Hut

Delicious pizza! I got the menu, and there was a really fast crew. He was on timing when I need him to come over at my table. A great variety of music and tasty foods. I couldn't have done more! I am extremely impressed by how Alex treated his many clients politely without any issues at all. Service and pricing specialist!

We ordered their pizza and asked to bring it to us. Their pizza was the best, and every day they made their dough new. Even though it was on delivery, the pizza was still hot and the crust was still crisp when it arrived. It was the best pizza parlor in town. They even have a physical store where you can dine at any time.

The worst pizza I have ever had, hands down. You should really close your restaurant and find some other occupation. I have a feeling that you’re making these pizzas from your shed next to the lawn mower out back. They should have negative stars on here.

Pizza dough was undone, taste was what ever. It tasted as low quality pizza. I’ve been in Chicago and this pizza is far from the real Chicago pizza.

So I love Chicago Pizza, so we excitedly called this location. We asked for a price, and the employee stated that we could check online. Ok so we can't get a price over the phone? Yes, I am aware this is during COVID-19, but I still find it odd, because you can't eat in locations, so what are you supposed to do, just order and be surprised when the bill comes due? In any event we were rudely directly to their website, which provided 0 details. I wrote a review indicating this, and was contacted by a Maria Dona. Apparently Froman's is a subsidiary of Family Style Inc. Maria left a reply to my original review, and indicated that they wanted to get in contact with me. Maria offered us a free pizza to try out, which I wasn't looking for anything free, but I was craving hard for a Chicago Pizza. I asked for a price of a Large 1 topping, which I was quoted at $22.50. I requested the pizza to be a pick up order, because I am certain I live outside of the delivery area by a few miles, and I wasn't looking at being unreasonable. I was advised that my request for a pick up order would not be possible. I was asked to provide my address, however since I am certain that I am a bit outside of their delivery radius, I didn't expect them to go out of their way to delivery to me, so I really wanted to drive up there to pick it up, but Maria advised me:"We are mainly delivery so let me know if we can get it delivered to you. I would need the following information:1. Address2. Phone Number3. Best Time for Delivery I will try and get a hold of the location closest to you. Maria DonaBrand Manager | Family Style Inc. 2001 Wilshire Blvd. Santa Monica, CA. 90403familystyleinc.com"I thanked Maria, and deleted my review, but in retrospect I have a few issues:Delivery Only? So unlike every other Pizza Place I've ever done business with in nearly 40 years, this franchise refused to provide a pick up option? Seriously? This is rather illogical, considering the fact that as someone who used to live on the outskirts of other areas, if you don't live in that area, you simply can't have their pizza? Please tell me I'm not the only one who is under the impression that this isn't feasible, or even a rational business strategy. I thanked Maria, but she immediately forgot the incident, because ultimately they just want glowing reviews, which I can understand, however this particular company doesn't appear to either be very rational, or very concerned with providing service, let alone good service, unless of course they can tack on a forced delivery charge. If you are looking for a Chicago Style Pizza, and you live in their delivery area, then you are all set, but if not, well don't bother, the person answering the call doesn't know the price, and likely doesn't seem to care either, however this is simply the employee doing as they have been trained to do, when a brand manager doesn't care, then don't expect their subordinates to either.

This is honestly the worst pizza I have ever had I would not even call this pizza I would call it bread with a little sauce. I ordered through DoorDash and It tasted horrible, it was cold, the deep dish was not a deep dish at all just a cheap puffy pizza with like 3 pepperoni slices and no sauce. Little Cesars $5 pizza is better than this garbage. Horrible.

I was so excited to see that this place was still standing after the pandemic struck... I ordered via Grubhub so that I didn't have to wait. It took me 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. Once I arrived I still waited an additional 20 minutes. The staff taped the box closed and told me to be careful driving because it could spill. Its pizza, how can it spill right? So i sit in the car and peel the tape off and immediately wanted to throw up... just LOOK AT THE PICTURE. How could you do something like this and NOT see it... OR DID YOU?

This place is home to 29 pizza places. No joke, just look at all the different boxes in this picture. I placed an order for pickup on Postmates, received a confirmation text and arrived around the time the order was supposed to be ready (30 minutes). As I was pulling up I received a text telling me my order was ready. I went up to inquire and they told me they just received the order and it would be 15 minutes. It ended up being closer to 25 minutes additional that I had to wait. While I was waiting I noticed how many different pizza boxes there were and someone asked and told there were 29 places there. I also observed that none of the employees were wearing masks and even saw one touch his shoe and then continue working/handling food. The pizza was so so, nothing all that special, and was poorly cut (cut at the edges, but not through the middle, pieces not cut at all evenly, some cuts missing). Very unlikely to return here or any of the other pizza places located at this address.

Apparently a ghost kitchen that just supplies to delivery apps like doordash. Really not very good, cold and soggy. :(

First time ordering from this place and the last! Ordered on Door Dash and it took 30 min longer than quoted. The door dash delivery girl had to even wait for them Longer than she was quoted. By the time it finally came its a super small tiny box of pizza. We ordered the works, and it was super runny, like it wasn't cooked all the way. Pizza wasn't even hot, so it definitely needed to be cooked longer. Dough was awful tasting too, super blan, needs salt! Super disappointed! Can't believe we waited an hour for this horrible pizza and spent $31on it! Felt like we got scammed!

Not at all like a traditional deep dish the crust was about an inch thick a light layer or cheese and a lot of sauce. Wasn’t a fan of the flavor of the crust but it was an ok tasting pizza.

Very impressed with this place. I'm a Chicago transplant with a high standard for good deep dish and thought the pizza was very similar to Lou Malnatis! Service was also outstanding and will be back for sure. Froman's is doing it right
