If you're coming here expecting decent customer service, you won't find that here - not even a greeting. We have been here several times as we live close by and my kiddos enjoy a snack/dessert here and there. Food quality is a hit or miss. This evening's visit would be the last for us as we came in and of course, no greeting, smile or any indication of it being a welcoming establishment. We ordered a smoothie and a couple bags of chips with condiments instead of sorbet/ice cream after my son pointed out the dead flies that were accumulated in their ice cream cart/cases. We waited as 2 families ordered right after us and they got their smoothies before ours. Our chip bags were left opened on the counter for the entire duration of the wait. When they handed the chips bags to me, the condiments (lime juice, chamoy and hot sauce) were all carelessly spilled on the outside of the bag.

On that note, the cherry on top... normally they are solo ran - it's rare that I would see more than 1 employee working at a time and there were 2 tonight. I watched as the newer employee served ice cream without gloves, used the same hand she just used the scooper with and wiped her mouth and returned that hand right back to the scooper to finish off scooping the customer's order. 🤢

Great Store

We went here to get some fruiteria, but the music was super loud
We ordered some coco loco, she said she didn't have it, we ordered Pina loca, didn't have it, melon loca, she told us to call ahead to pre order. Either the music was to loud she couldn't hear us or she didn't understand our order. I am sad and very disappointed 😞, that's didn't have to fruits we wanted and she she bothered to offer us alternative options.

Service was terrible.
Dude ignored me even when I was at the counter.
Chamango was overpriced and made with freezer burned mango. On TOP of that it was mostly champú and nothing else.
Don’t come here. It’s dog water.

No compren aquí.

The older Man was super rude. The customer service was trash and he didn’t want to sell us what’s on the menu, no where does it say that after a certain time they stop serving half of what they have on their menu. Never coming back here again.

I came in for the first time today and went into the restroom, as soon as I walked into the restroom an AUTOMATED VOICEsaid “Hi, you are being recorded.” !!!!! I immediately got out and attempted to find what could have said that and couldn’t find anything. HOWEVER I walked out of the restroom and Walked back in and the Automated voice reacted again saying “Hi, you are being recorded”!!!!! I tried to film it next and walked back and forth 3 more times and it did not happen. I ran out!

If I could give it half or less of a star I would ?. I was excited to visit this business because I was craving tamarind shave ice. Aside from that, the online reviews indicated a very rich five star place. When parking, which is the only one behind the store, there is a machine that suddenly says “hello, you are now being recorded.” When I entered, it was very dark inside and no one greeted me. There was a boy who was already inside but who
He suddenly sat down on a bench (as if he were waiting for an order or to order). I waited a long time, and while I waited there was a lady in the back washing and doing other things. There didn't seem to be another person. She didn't even say “I'll be with you for a moment or allow me a second, etc.” NOTHING that seemed very contrary to professional ethics for a business. Besides, very bad customer service, having him wait more or less 10 minutes without saying anything. When he finally approached the cashier (without saying anything) I had to get closer and saw the boy still sitting on his cell phone so I thought maybe he was waiting for someone. I headed to the register, and asked the woman for a tamarind shaved ice. She responded “the tamarind one is out, I only have guava, watermelon, strawberry” (I don't remember which others she mentioned she had) my dad immediately asked her “then it doesn't have all the flavors there” (pointing to the list of flavors she had). ) the woman responded no. I said, “Oh well, thank you, I was craving tamarind,” and we left. The way she treated us seemed very listless, not wanting to do anything, like she already wanted to leave, or she was tired. I understand that, but at least recognize your customers when they come in and you should put the flavors that are out of stock or only put the ones you have available. Because you are waiting to be told that what you see on the menu is not there. It doesn't seem good to me at all, that's why they didn't have people I imagine. I preferred to go to Mucha Fruta Taqueria y Fruta on University. There they have better prices (it doesn't cost 8 to 9 dollars for a shaved ice or a squite) and they serve the shaved ice very well. I was finally able to satisfy my craving at the price of $5.75.

When I went, the man did not leave his cell phone, I asked him about other things to buy and to continue talking he said that there were not 5 things with chicharon and he said that there was no last one, we took what we did not want apart from the wait and the expensive thing was not worth it
