Went in for a quick juice after previously going and having a great experience. I ordered two drinks a green juice and a carrot juice, and the juice extractor ends up breaking down midway on the carrot juice, filling it only halfway. Guy offers to make me a milkshake or an Agua Fresca but I told him I wanted a juice and wanted a refund. He said they don’t offer refunds. And told me he could make a blended version of the carrot juice that would be very similar to the drink I ordered. I assumed he would use a strainer for the pulp. But he gave me a drink of half concentrated apple juice and half carrot juice with the pulp. The guy was very rude and had an attitude, he acted as if I was making the situation difficult even though they messed up and couldn’t give me the drink I ordered and payed for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never going back!

I asked for a banana smoothie to go and when I got home I realized they just gave me milk. This isn't the first they screw up. I'm so over this place.

Place is terrible. Workers spend the time blasting music and distracted socializing so the food takes forever and is prepared wrong!

The best torta bread I have ever had, a little crispy on the outside. Really nice place.

They close like at 9 ish 4 times I’ve tried to go (9:30-9:50) all 4 times they were closed. I even called to make sure they were open. After confirming they were open I headed over only to find out they were closed…
These people have the worst attitude and apparently don’t know how to listen. My partner is allergic to avocado and mayo. They have none of their ingredients listed on the menus. Anyways… I asked for no mayo on our torta, but they put the mayo on it. It also had avocado. So we asked if they could kindly remake it. And just put the avo and mayo on the side, since we were splitting and I am not allergic. The girl rolled her eyes at me. I don’t think it’s that complicated. They remade it and of course didn’t give us the mayo and avo on the side. When we asked for it, we had two ask two different people. They both gave us attitude. 40 bucks for a torta and a pico de gallo was not worth it. I’d rather drive to Frutas.
Ordered a salmon torta and the salmon was uncooked. They claimed it's supposed to be like sushi but nothing in the description says that. That's how you get worms! But the smoothies and cheesecake was good.
Tortas here are bomb as fuuuuuThey make their own bread
Restaurantji Recommends
This place is really expensive didn’t like it for a small portion
I highly recommend the strawberries with cream they are delicious ? plus the staff is very kind and welcoming
(Translated by Google) I paid almost 10 dollars for a pico de gallo, it was horrible, it was just jicama, old cucumber, and lost watermelon. I don't recommend it, it doesn't even deserve a star!(Original)Pagué casi 10 dólares por un pico de gallo, espantoso era solo jicama , pepino viejo y Sandia perdida yo no lo recomiendo no merece ni una estrella !!
