The customer service at this place was top notch! I ordered the classic burger and it was just ok. We have better burgers in my city ? but I truly enjoyed my visit and would go back and try other things on the menu! Thankful to my server who went above and beyond and deserves a raise despite being so young. Kitchen staff were as equally amazing too!

We didn't have a good experience here. My husband wanted a beer after walking around the city all day. We sat at the bar and he decided on a hazy IPA. Bartender went to get it and came back with two. Husband said he only wanted one and that I was ordering something else. Bartender was super annoyed - made a dramatic show of taking the extra beer and putting it in their refrigerator. He came back, my husband apologized for the misunderstanding, and I asked for a Pinot Grigio. He brought it over and my husband again apologized. The guy muttered, "it happens." Husband said we would be paying cash and paid. Bartender grabbed the menus away from us while my husband's wallet sat on top of them. We felt entirely unwelcome. The bartender should have apologized for bringing the extra beer, not us. Why would he assume that I wanted the same thing as my husband? He didn't ask me for my order. Nor did he ask if we wanted to order some food. There are plenty of places in this area to choose besides this place. We will not go here again.

This place is wack. They have limited beer options and showcase things on the menu that are not offer. I'm sure there are better options.

Had a recent visit to Gaslamp Tavern and Kalek made it memorable with his exceptional service, offering fantastic food and drink suggestions--short rib tater tots were a highlight. His friendly and outgoing demeanor added to the experience. However, the women's bathroom was disappointingly dirty, so I'm leaving four stars. Overall, great service from Kalek but room for improvement in cleanliness.

Bomb thick cut french fries and juicy chicken tenders!!! The combination of bomb thick-cut French fries and juicy chicken tenders offers a quintessential comfort food experience. The fries, cut to the perfect thickness, boast a crispy exterior that gives way to a soft, fluffy interior, making each bite a delightful contrast of textures. Seasoned just right, they strike a balance between salty and savory, enhancing their natural potato flavor. The chicken tenders are nothing short of succulent. Prepared with care, their crispy coating encapsulates the tender, moist chicken inside, ensuring that each piece is bursting with flavor. Whether dipped in a classic ketchup, a tangy barbecue sauce, or a creamy ranch, these chicken tenders satisfy with every bite. This dish stands out not just for its quality ingredients, but also for the skillful preparation that brings out the best in these classic favorites. It's a meal that beckons to those seeking both comfort and a touch of indulgence in their dining experience.

Outside ambience is super cool. The bartenders are not super attentive. You kind of have to flag them down and it wasn't really that busy. The food was just OK. We ordered chicken fingers and the rub on them was more like a creole rub. Not my favorite! But the bone in wings if you get them dry, you can get your dipping sauce on the side which made them super delicious. They were extremely juicy and a good size wing for the price. The fries were gross! The young bar back PARIS was most helpful as we sat at the bar. Go PARIS!! I'll come back because of this extraordinary young man!!

My husband and I were looking for a fun bar to watch the NFL playoffs. It was raining so my husband dropped me off while he went to find a parking spot on a very busy Saturday evening. I was waiting to order until my husband joined me and the owner/waiter or bartender was very rude to me claiming I couldn’t just sit there without ordering and that they were getting busy. The long table I was sitting at had at least 6 or more chairs available. Plus there were other tables still open. Even if I wanted to order he grabbed the menus from me on the table and stormed away. I had intentions to order when my husband joined and my husband would have ordered too but after how rude this man was I was not going to give him our business.

I walked in, and the rude bartender told me to sit wherever. People showed up, and started to sit and we had a conversation. He bartender wanted to charge me a 20% large party fee. He shrugged his shoulders, and told me there was nothing he could do.
