“Yesterday's early lunch at the Public House was idyllic. This spot never disappoints, in fact, with each visit I am more enchanted. The food was great. Drinks were generous, tasty and chilled and the server was phenomenal. She was friendly, sweet and efficient. She kept a close eye on our drinks and check in with us a number of times to see that we had all that we needed. A delightful lunch.“

“Zanzibar is a chill above average (for price center) restaraunt. Decent selection if you are not concerned with your health and you eat meat. There is plenty of seating that can accommodate groups of 5 or more. It's an ideal location to host a lab lunch or host some visiting academics.“

“This was my second time here with my son. He has good food and good beer. You order at your table through a QR code and they deliver it to the table you order drinks at the bar and anything else you would like to sip on it it’s a dog friendly environment And it totally relaxed for a good time.“

“Favorite college neighborhood bar. Their natural wine selection is always on point as well as their beer selection. Food is delicious. I love that they always have seasonal menu items depending on what’s in season. Pool is free, AC kicks butt, and they have a great outdoor space if you ever did have a larger group. Dogs are also allowed which is nice if we ever wanna bring our pup.“

“We had a fantastic experience hosting our last-minute holiday work party at Punch Bowl Social on a Friday evening. Even with short notice and a larger group, the team was incredibly accommodating and made everything run smoothly. The servers were friendly, attentive, and patient while we waited for our large table, and the bartenders were just as great—welcoming, efficient, and upbeat. Once we got settled, the games were a huge hit and kept everyone entertained. Overall, the atmosphere was fun and energetic, and everyone in our group had an amazing time. Highly recommend Punch Bowl Social for group events, team outings, or holiday parties!“
