Gianni Buonomo Vintners, located in the heart of Ocean Beach, offers a quaint and charming atmosphere with a wonderful selection of exquisite whites and reds. The knowledgeable and courteous staff, including the winemaker/owner, make guests feel at home. The establishment is dog-friendly, welcoming many regular furry visitors. The wine is ridiculously good and the staff are super personable and down to earth. The place feels comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming. A tasting fee of $25 allows guests to taste 6 wines, including 2 whites and 4 reds. Favorite wines are the 2021 Lagrein, which is bold with a nice finish, and the 2020 Avennio with its lovely structure. The fee is waived with a purchase.
