Honestly, this was some of the best freaking sushi I have had in a while. I am traveling for work from Manhattan and I can’t get fish this fresh and delicious for under $120 and even then portions are miniscule. Absolutely blown away, stuffed, and dreaming of more for under $75

Good food with enough portion as usual. It's a nice local restaurant with great lunch special options.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years to order the Korean soon tubu (tofu stew) best in north county. I come at least once a week and I have also lost 21 lbs eating soon tubu and sweet green salads. Today I tried the hot stone bibimbap. The bibimbap is not as large in quantity as some places, definitely a portion for one but it's very good. As for the tofu stew, I get either beef or pork which is fire roasted, very fatty and melts in your mouth. They also have jajangmyeon and of course sushi.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian soondubu (tofu stew)
Dietary restrictions: Weight watchers friendly. Lost 21 lbs eating soontubu (tofu soup) beef or pork with half cup rice and sweet green salad
Parking: Big lot in the back behind the store entrance

Sushi was decent. Seemed like much smaller rolls than what I'm use to. Sweet Hawaiian was good. Cute atmosphere.
Hand rolls wer $4 so there was value there.
Rolla were cold. Service was fast and friendly.
2 beers, 3 hand rolls, 1 Cali roll and 2 special rolls ...$68.

I ordered online so I could pick up on my lunch/dinner break. They close at 9pm. I was late taking my break. I called and they answered really quickly. I apologize for not being there before closing, and he still let me come pick it up and pay in store. The food was wonderful. Prices are good. I will keep going there for sure. Thank you so much once again.

My husband is a "fish snob" but even he agreed that the 50% off happy hour rolls are a good value. (He would not eat any low-quality fish even if it was free.) He orders Korean dishes which he says are pretty good too. I'm there for the happy hour rolls!
Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Both the Korean food and Japanese food are great.

여기 한식이 진짜 맛있어요
This used to be a 5 star go-to sushi place. But something changed and this place tanked. Will never go back. They used to have dinner specials with very large high quality sashimi portions which came with miso, salad, and another side. Now, they don't offer it. The rolls are "half price" because they mark up the price to $28... What??? Who is going to fall for that gimmick? The portions are now very small. The miso soup has NO seaweed in it at all. They were out of nigori sake. They were out of draft beer. And take a look at this picture....It is supposed to be a rainbow roll...wow.

We came here for dinner quite often before covid. After covid: service is very slow (the young waitress is unfriendly and a cold fish), the food quality and quantity is no longer acceptable. For example, the seafood/tofu soup is a joke: two tiny shrimps, one tiny and one midsized mussel and very little tofu. The side dishes (Korean style) are now down to three from six before. Basically, I ate rice and had a soup without much inside. I can no longer recommend this place. Very, very disappointed. And, of course, the price is now much higher, too, but for a fraction of pre-covid quality/quantity.

I ordered pork soup.It tasted a lot like MSG and salty, but it suited my taste and was delicious. However, I feel like the amount is a bit small, which is disappointing. The meat wasn't greasy and was soft.Side dishes: cucumber salad, radish radish, and kimchi all go well with pork soup.It would be nice if the table was a little cleaner. It's sticky.

The food (sushi) & service were ok, but the table grossed me out. (The raw fish was good (!), but other food served was just fair. For instance, if being picky, both the rice & ginger were good, but not up to sushi quality. The rice was dry, not as fresh plump & steamy & moist, as it should be & the pickled ginger was cut too thick. The dark table was set with 4 napkins & very good chop sticks, so had been prepared in advance, but the dark table top was obviously not clean. It was smeared with something that looked & felt greasy & tacky. The bench seat had a huge old hole, so noone should have been seated there, but the table certainly should not be set for 4, as one person would be sitting in a hole. There is no excuse for such shabby & dirty seating. It was not that busy. There were many many other tables available, including in another side room, but that is where the sushi chef guided the server to seat us. Felt very disrespected. The food was acceptible, but the seating ruined my experience. I will not go back. Might be ok for takeout.
