Checked out Gluten Freedom on a Sunday AM pop-up found on Facebook, the folks at the tent were the coolest! Great cinnamon buns, rolls, even Thanksgiving trimmings and pies. Check ‘em out!!

Tasty pastries and breads,

Best gluten free, vegan, soy free bread I have ever eaten. The pistachio matcha muffins are to die for. I cannot recommend this good enough! Do yourself a favor and try this food. It is worth going out of the way for.

Picked up some gf sourdough today at the street fair and it is delicious! I also sampled the cinnamon roll, lemon blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookies, all delectable! If you get the chance, I would definitely give them a try!

The biggest problem with this place is that you cant just walk in and buy something

Where bread and cinnamon rolls rock my gluten-free world. I was very skeptical that they could make a decent cinnamon roll. Knocks my socks off! Thank you Gluten, freedom baking Co!!

So good! I tried the cinnamon roll and was absolutely blown away! In my option it’s the best gf cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Even my gluten eating fiancé was impressed and said he couldn’t tell it was gf. The honey nut bread is tasty and so was the cookie that I sampled. I’m excited to try all the things!

Ordered some stuff from the pop up & everything is amazing! Super friendly staff, Olivia was so helpful. Can't wait until the next pop up! We'll definitely be back.
