Found Yipbee Boba on yelp!
I ordered my usual drink every boba shop I go to:
-passion fruit green tea, boba included for $6.05
Pricing was more normal than other places haha...boba was cooked well. Tea flavor could definitely be a bit stronger.
There is some seating inside.
Easy parking in the plaza.
Delicious milk tea at Yipbee! We ordered the strawberry milk tea and mango saga slush with boba and loved them. Super friendly staff and didn’t need to wait long. Cute interior. Definitely recommend, some of the best milk tea I’ve had.

This is our second time coming in and the owners of the business are very welcoming and very nice. We don't drink a lot of boba but they answered all of the questions my sons and I had. They are generous with their portion size and they even have different types of flavored boba. They have their favorites right near the front of the shop and it's at the perfect eye-level for small kids.
We are definitely coming back, specially after a long day from school. They are located at the end of the shopping center so you can't miss them.

i got a sea salt caramel coffee with boba and i enjoyed it! i think the wait was a little too long for one drink and being the only person in the store but i’d return if i find myself in the area again.
i’m surprised it was a bit empty!
Dietary restrictions: offers non-dairy creamer and oatmilk!

I had sure throat and wanted something hot and fatty. And guys don't make Boba tea hot :c So I was suggested matcha, and I'm not a big fan of it, but this was goood!!! I had with oat milk as I'm not very good with usual and it was very tasty!
I wish there were more milk alternatives like soy or rice or almond or something like that though.
But still a great place! Calm and cozy

One of the worst boba drinks I've ever had and more expensive than average. Was not well blended, oddly chalky and chunky. And the pricing you might as well go to boba shops closer by in Convoy for better quality.
The worse part was customer service, the lady who works there was upset how the door keeps getting propped opened by customers coming in and out. If you want the door to remain close, leave a sign or change the door mechanism. I wasn't even the customer who kept the door open and happened to be walking in and got scoffed by her and aggressively warned at to leave the door close. She huffed and puffed at me, and then gave a huge sigh. Really embarrassing and disrespectful to treat your customers over a door.
And the wait time for a boba drink was 15+ minutes with only one person ahead of me.

Yipbee Boba & Coffee is a gem and my go to spot! The fresh tea here is simply divine, bursting with rich, authentic flavors. Their popping boba adds a fun, fruity twist with every sip. A must-visit for all boba lovers!

I had the taro milk tea with oat milk and boba and a matcha milk tea with boba, both were delicious but also the two behind the counter were both so sweet and helpful with recommendations.

I come here at least twice a week. The boba is fresh; the tea is well steeped, never bitter; and the couple who own the shop and their son are absolutely lovely! ☺️ their drinks and food are also well priced. I definitely recommend this tea shop

I was charging my car at the charging station. Their restroom is not open public. I understand it there is a lot of expense for them to run a store. However, I just need to use the restroom real quick, but I forgot to bring my wallet. Thanksful the lady let me to use the restroom. It should be a couple running the business. The man spoke me very rude and told me, "Do you know how much rent I m paying to run the shop?" Honestly, even he did not tell me that. I will buy a drink after I get my wallet. When I got my wallet and tried to buy a drink from them. The lady said I refuse to do your business. I have no idea why they did that to me? The owners are Chinese, and I m Chinese, too. Even if I go to any store, ask for a use restroom in that situation that won't be a problem. Why Chinese cannot help Chinese? Why did they treat customers like this way? Do you really happy to humiliate your customer? Very sad. I should give 1 star for what happened to me. However, you allowed me to use your restroom and "no purchase." I cannot rate you 1 star for that. I rate you 5 stars for your kindness. God bless your Boba shop.

Quaint little boba shop in a plaza near Kaiser. Stopped by for a quick drink fix after doctor's appointment.Got the Ube Coconut Sago and the Green Thai Milk Tea.Not much Sago in the drink and couldn't really taste coconut but it was a decent drink.Thai milk tea had a very strong floral note that was overwhelming for my taste but sweet and creamy.Overall, not bad but not a must have for us.

The matcha was okay. Nice worker and some good seating, but boba is really competitive out here.
