Yup, this is the place that rocked our worlds at the farmers market!! Best kimchi in the area-check! Fantastic chicken and sweet potato noodles-check! Great customer service and generous sample sizes-triple check! It will be hard to eat at another booth now that we know about this place. Oside needs to step it's Korean food game up like a thousand times. This place will give you a taste of what Korean food should taste like..... only once a week though

Their food is delicious. Especially their spicy noodles. Which unfortunately I can't eat because they are made with sweet potatoes. I didn't find out until after I had tried some. Long story short I am allergic and when they found out they had given me their card and told me to call them if anything happens to me. Their kindness and concern was very nice. I would definitely recommend eating here. Very kind people. Their food is delicious. Thank you all.

Amazing Bulgogi beef noodles bowls. The people here are so friendly, too! Easily one of my favorite places to eat in the area.

Quality went down hard and fast. Their menu has changed maybe 3x at least, each progressively getting cheaper and cutting more corners. Bummed for them because they're otherwise a good place to eat, and give a lot of heart in what they do.

Just try it, then you'll know how I can make this review (almost) wordless. Fast service considering the amount of business that was coming through the market, helped right away by a cashier that was no stranger to navigating the menu. So flavorful is one of the many phrases to describe the overall taste. Everything was cooked to perfection and was the greatest item to help pep me up for the rest of the awesome day ahead. If you ever go to any of the farmer's markets here, make sure you make this one of your stops for some kickass Korean BBQ!

Tried them at the farmers market in Hillcrest. The workers have so much energy and the sweet potato noodle and chicken was good. I really respected their hustle and that they let you sample so much so you KNOW you're going to like what you get. When workers have a super nice attitude towards it, I always have a better dining experience. I wouldn't get it every time but I would definitely get it again.

They overcharge for a large amount of rice and veggies but only give you less than a palm size amount of meat. They also charge extra for kimchi which seems kind of ridiculous when other restaurants in the area serve it for free. There are plenty of other Korean l places in the area to go to if you a yummy, more affordable, well portioned Korean meal.

Tucked behind a number of other restaurants in the back of a mini shopping center, is Gogi Blvd. Blink and you'll miss it. Don't turn the corner and you won't see it. Limit yourself to Subway and ... god, why would you do that to yourself? You can go somewhere new, non-franchise, and have fresh vegetables, juicy and well seasoned meat, and a separation of great flavors throughout the entire bowl from the simple rice on the bottom, to the fried egg on top. Anyway, I had the Beef Bulgogi, which consists of a fried rice bowl, chopped kale and lettuce, thinly sliced carrots and cucumbers, a fried egg, and the sweetened bulgogi sauce. You could taste everything, each flavor coming out well, and every ingredient having its own crunch and texture that set it apart from everything else. The beef itself was juicy and cooked nicely, marinated and not dry in the slightest. Which does lead me to my main qualm of this dish, in that nothing really goes together all that well. There's that extreme contrast of soft and crunch between the egg on one end and the very stiff kale on the other. And then the unbalanced pairing of the bitterness of that kale with the sweet sauce on the beef. Again, everything is alright on their own, but mixing them together doesn't work all that well. I would still definitely come back, if only to try and see if other stuff on the menu and blends together better, but as it stands now, I have a nice high-end three star view of the place.
