this Golden spoon is TOO EXPENSIVE. $8 more for a quart AND THEY dont honor the rewards and charge for card payment. not that friendly either. will drive all the way to rancho bernardo for the excellent service and lower prices. BOO!!

Granddaughter tried her first gelato here. The worst part was the lack of parking and not getting a receipt when I requested one- instead I had to have it texted to me. 8.00 for a gelato ( cup of frozen yogurt) and the business can’t produce a receipt for my purchase? I’m all for saving money but that is just ridiculous!
The lockbox on the outside door should have been a clue… yes, an actual lockbox that realtors use! Sometimes “flags” have to knock me on my butt before I actually acknowledge them… lmao!

I recently visited this place and had a mixed experience. Here's a detailed review:
Ice Cream Quality:The ice cream itself was fantastic. They offer a wide variety of flavors, each one rich, creamy, and delicious. Whether you're into classic vanilla or adventurous with unique combinations, there's something to satisfy every palate.
Ambiance and Cleanliness: While the ice cream was great, the cleanliness of the shop left much to be desired. The seating area had sticky seats, and overall, the place looked a bit dirty. For a food-serving establishment, maintaining a clean environment is crucial, and this area definitely needs improvement. A cleaner setting would greatly enhance the overall experience and make customers feel more comfortable.
Service: The staff were friendly and served with a smile, but the service could have been a bit quicker. Despite this, their positive attitude helped in offsetting some of the dissatisfaction with the cleanliness.
If you're in the mood for some delicious ice cream and don't mind the less-than-ideal cleanliness, give it a try. However, I hope they take steps to clean up the place soon.

The lady that works there is not just rude, she is rude and is hard to deal with! I asked for two samples, and her face dropped, I asked her to get those two flavors in a medium cup, and she put one flavor and I kept say my that’s enough she won’t stop, then she wanted to put topping before adding the second flavor and I wanted both flavors first then topping and she wouldn’t do it! She was so rude as if she will be eating it not me! Also, the yogurt was kinda melted ! Never again. So rude

Nice man behind the counter, has seating too. Just a little disappointed in the selection, not many options to choose from. Not pricey at all though.

Yogurt was poor quality. Tasted really artificial like straight up sugar syrup. I wanted Kit Kat on mine and was given a packaged KitKat and when I opened it and took one bite I immediately knew it was expired because the water was soggy. I checked the date on the Kit Kat and it was expired five months ago ?
This was the worst frozen yogurt I have had. A regular with brownies and peanuts was $8.05. Tasted sour and the brownie was stale and didn't taste like chocolate. Very under whelmed and bummed.
Great yogurt place
