This place has great variety of sandwiches, salads. Great for a lunch or ordered for a group! Staff is always friendly they are busy during lunch hour so order ahead or be prepared to wait a few during peak times.

Great selection of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. I tried the Italian sandwich and it was very good. Service was quick and accurate. Seating is limited inside and out but it wasn't an issue for me.

Ordered a hot Pastrami, no lettuce, add mayo, and easy on the peppercinis. It was fabulous. I absolutely love their fresh toasted bread and they don't skimp on the pastrami. We've also had the Italian and the Po'Boy. Both were good, but we're definitely addicted to the Hot Pastrami.

I work nearby, and I would often get a wrap, pick one, they were all good. For whatever reason, it's been years since I've gone to g&b. Decided to give it a shot again. Choose the everyday special, bad choice. Priced high for a mostly veggie sandwich. Wasn't pleased. Service was great, was outside talking on the phone and the counter lady told me my sandwich was ready, she didn't have to do that.

Man! What a find! I ate the turkey and apple wood bacon with toasted bread. The bread itself was delicious! Light crunch with a freshly baked interior and tasty on its own. The bacon was done how it should be, turkey had fresh deli taste, and the honey mustard just tied it all together. Sister had the roast beef and cheddar and also loved it! I can't wait to return!!

Was in the area getting laptop fixed and had cravings for their Grab & Go Sub. I think this one if not best sub places in San Diego. This sub has mortadela which I love. The bread is so good and soft and not overbearing. Just the right amount of finely shredded lettuce, pepperoncinis, red onions, oil and vinegar . NO MUSTARD OR MAYONNAISE PLEASE!! Cant go without picking up a bag of Lays! Service is fast and friendly. Location is small and very clean. LOVE THESE SANDWICHES!!!,

Worst Grilled Cheese Feta ever! Haven't been to Grab and Go in some time, after going often for over 20 years. Drove out of my way to treat myself. I ordered the sandwich to go before 11am so it wasn't crowded. This $14 sandwich shrunk to 10" long, had barely any feta, a scant amount of avocado, so much lettuce I couldn't taste the barely there feta, and they didn't dress the sandwich. No vinegar & oil. That's where all the flavor is when there's an over abundance of lettuce to feta ratio. I will NEVER give them my business or hard earned cash to Grab and Go again! What a shameful waste!
My coworkers recommended this place to me! I got the Turkey Avocado and it was SOOOO good. Super good flavor!! So delicious! Employees were very nice too! Easy online ordering with pick up option!

Best subs in San Diego Italian Sub is my classic go to. Great bread, fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Tasty quality meats in generous quantities. Great cheeses. TheHot Pastrami Classic is my husband's favorite. Great selection of chips and best of all-- their pasta salads! Tuna is one of our favorites and their pesto is also fantastic! Service is quick. My only wish is that they stay open later ( they close around 2 pm)
