Horrible horrible! We used to visit the Irvine location weekly. However, this location continues to go downhill in so many ways. No functional bathrooms for years just marked as being out of order. Tonight the soda machine I noticed was also out of order. The last several times I have gotten attitude when I have ordered two items to go at 7:30 PM when they close at 8 PM. FYI…description for Philly cheesesteak reflects turkey sandwich on website site so I mistakenly ordered Philly but wanted the turkey. I normally wouldn’t order the Philly but it was yummy. Definitely recommend and look forward to trying the turkey next time.
