If zero stars were allowed I would rate this location with a big fat zero. The lady that owns the place seems like she hates her life, and whats even more pathetic is that she hates homeless people. Hey Great Wall Express you suck!

Well.... It is what it is. The service is way off. The simple fact I had to defend my stance with my drink after spending $32 on my meal was enough for me to rate this establishment 2 ⭐. The food isn't bad but it's not great either, the portions are fine but pretty small considering the competition. When my Dr. Pepper didn't taste like Dr. Pepper after only 1 sip they tried to make me purchase a new fountain drink. Which I can kinda understand.... But BECAUSE I did tip them I felt that I should be able to get the drink I'm going to drink with my meal. The lady behind the counter literally poured herself a drink from the Dr Pepper fountain tap and proclaimed "this is DEFINITELY Dr. Pepper"OoooooookayBut it doesn't taste like it to ME!Anyways.... I got my replacement Coke which is commendable but all those extras.... Meh....I didn't need.

It's Great Wall Express. Set your expectations appropriately and you won't be disappointed. Better than Panda, maybe slightly worse than Pickup Stix. Prices are pretty good for the area it's in.Orange chicken was great, as was the mushroom chicken. Lo mein was mediocre. I definitely plan to go here again.Dietary restrictions: Cross contamination (mixing of different cooked food items) seems inevitable. If you have a serious food allergy, maybe don't eat here.

When you first walk in, you smell the great aroma of Chinese food. But when you finally get in there, it’s a whole different experience. I ordered four plates for my family, it was a mix of things. In total it was around $60, which I can say is outrageous for what they gave me. I wanted to try the fish but there were no more out. I asked if they were making anymore, and she started to yell “NO NO NO.” She said, “the man is tired.” Isn’t that your job to cook? I thought maybe she has had a bad day, so I still gave her a chance. Anyways, fast forward to when I get home, I check out the food. Looks decent, but when you actually try it, yeah no. My friend shared a piece of fish with me, tasted very bland, only tasted the batter. It was very oily, and was disgusting. It tasted like frozen fish you can get out of the Walmart frozen aisle. I then tried the rest of my food. I tried the chicken wings, again, tasted bland and only the batter/oil, disgusting. Then here comes the rice and noodles. Rice was bland, noodles were semi good. The only thing that I can actually 100% say had some flavor were the noodles. Plates consisted mainly of side dishes (rice and noodles), and there were barely any meat/fish. 1/10 don’t recommend going here at all.Customer Service - 0/10Food - 1/10Atmosphere 3/10

It's was decent, rice was flavorless but the orange chicken I got was fine, tasted like any other place, food wasn't fresh and hot but even so I enjoyed it for the most part, I'll be returning to try other items they have and see how they hold up.

I don't know who they hired to give 4 star reviews my experience was awful. The 4 pieces of chicken special for 4.99 turned out to cost me 14.99 off my debit card. They are scammers. Never

This place has good prices but the food is definitely sub par. The rice taste burnt and rhe cow main has some hard dried noodles in it. The orange chicken feels like it doesn't have chicken in it. It feels like way too much

Customers, pay attention when they charge your card. They tried to add unknown items on top of the main item. When I pointed that out, they didn’t admit the mistake immediately. However they took off the extra charges afterward. To me, it didn’t seem like a human-mistake. So I left. I didn’t feel comfortable doing business with them any more.

A neighbor gave me their leftovers from here and it was sooo good I asked where'd this come from? I really thought it was going to be from a higher end restaurant. The two things I recommend 100% is the Orange chicken. The chicken is never hard and old like a competitor I won't mention. The second thing I love are those fricking CHICKEN WINGS!!!!!! First time I had them, they'd been maybe 3 hours old, remember I got the left overs. They were still good, satisfying crispy. When I went to GWE on my own, I got them freshly made and omg I can't explain how good they can make a chicken wing. I did have the BBQ pork ribs. They tasted fine, but not enough meat on them. They have a wide variety of soft drinks. Not just soda. Place doesn't look fancy but the food is surprisingly good.Parking: There's lots around downtown, but expensive. Mostly foot traffic here.Kid-friendliness: Kids would like this food. Tasty.Wheelchair accessibility: Able to accommodate wheelchairs.

A great Chinese fast-food restaurant, although parking can be a bit challenging. The restaurant has good wheelchair-accessible tables and friendly service. The Orange Chicken and Garlic Fish dishes are divine. The location is easy to find.

Unfortunately, I keep telling these people they can't mix the fish and chicken. They refuse to listen. Sadly somebody's going to get the chicken and be allergic to fish and either die or have a severe allergic reaction. These people do NOT care!
