Just an overall terrible experience. I’m not expecting something nice at this price point at all, but I at least expect carbonation in the beverages and more than one piece of ice. The ice at the using their drinks is dirty. They get it in the back and pack it off of something you get a tiny little piece. Just go to panda express down the street. I hate to support a corporate chain over a small Mom pop but this mom and Pop shop clearly does not care about their customers

I will never go here again. I used to love them now they are overpriced and under-served unless of course you're a male (I'm a female). The man in front of me git a HUGE portion of the exact same order as me. Then, the man behind me got a HUGE portion of the same item I ordered. Totally biased to men. I will share a Pic of my order.
