I ordered from uber eats so I don't know if it's the restaurant or Angela the delivery person, worst nachos I've ever had. Very cold, first thing I had to do was microwave it, sour cream was already spoiled before it was here...the app didn't show my driver having any other stops so it seemed as if it came straight from the restaurant cold and with spoiled product.

Ordered the baked potato, pulled pork, and carne asada tater tots. They were $12 a piece, but I added nacho cheese and jalapeños to my carne asada order, which made them $18. However, my carne asada tots came without the $6 nacho cheese and jalapeño add-on. When I called, I was told they were put on the side, which they were still in the bag! All three orders had some extremely crunchy tots, if that's your thing. I prefer a little more moisture (and not fry oil) in my tots. They still had good flavor though. The carne asada and the pork had great flavor but the baked potato tots were dry, so we added some of the nacho cheese sauce. I wouldn't say I HAVE to go back, but it's the only take out place that offers smothered tots in a variety of flavors. Since they are so close to the only Sams Club in the SD area, I will more than likely give them another chance.

Besides being better at burritos than any other taco shop I've been to, Grubz has the best customer service I have ever received. Every time I walk in no matter who's working the register I feel welcome and that my business is genuinely appreciated. The food itself is well seasoned, generously portioned and thoughtful. I typically don't venture off to other things they have because I enjoy my regular orders too much. My wife looks forward to me bringing food from here home and my in laws love the food so much that everytime they're in the neighborhood they stop at Grubz before they go back North. I really hope the Grubz understands how much they're appreciated and enjoyed by many people.

Great breakfast tater tots love those!! They're so good I honestly recommend them any of their tater tots are pretty great honestly! They have different types breakfast, Buffalo, nacho style so good highly recommend.

Omg. First of all- amazing service. The guy was so friendly and fun. Second of all- the fries are amazing. Got the pulled pork fries and they come with a healthy serving of pulled pork and the fries are perfection. 1000% recommend this little business. Give them all your money!!!

This is a great spot ! I always recommend to my friends and the food is just bomb my friends and I went to grubz a few days ago and the service was great, the owner (I believe) even gave us some fried Oreos after we ordered our food which was nice. Thank you. Also I recommend the pulled pork tots, always hit the spot. Will be coming back soon !

Was in the area but not familiar with what's around, looked up "burgers" on Yelp and found this place - the Cali burger (comes with bacon) was great! Fresh and crunchy jalapeños, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and good amount of guacamole - I ate half the burger and was full, ate the other half for dinner haha. Will go back to try the tater tots with toppings!

The food is always delicious, service is impeccable.... everything is clean too. you guys are doing it right. They have many options here so try something out! I love their breakfast plate. We placed an order for the pulled pork style tater tots (1/2 order) and the pork rolled tacos over the phone. Service was quick and friendly. Both were delicious and topped so generously! Pulled pork tater tots comes with the obvious tater tots and bbq sauce pulled pork along with shredded cheese and green onions. Pork rolled tacos were topped with guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo. Price is definitely decent for the quality of what you get. They tasted fresh and made to order. 100% would order both again. 5/5 can't wait to come back!

Great place a friend took me once and I have been going monday to friday for months to get my burritos with the red salsa tsss every morning!Great vibes!Great food!AND THE Cheeseburger special is bomb and good price!!!!

This is a lowkey strictly takeout place that I never imagined I'd frequent. Whether you want loaded tater tots or a good california burrito, Grubz can take care of you. So when I say loaded tater tots, I mean LOADED. Their pulled pork tater tots probably has more pulled pork than tater tots and it is guaranteed to give you lots of GERD and gas and bloating. 11/10 would eat it all in one sitting, the sauces and everything work perfectly together. Moving onto their california burrito. And eventually their surf and turf. These are bundled up nice and tightly but that first bite will leave the contents bursting at the seam. Carne asada, fries, and what not are just leaking out and the only way to fix that is by pouring more salsa over it. So yeah, so much food and flavor you just can't help but come back despite the obvious unhealthy factor. But you're not here to eat healthy. So there you go, Grubz is a hole in the wall with a whole lot of food to pack in.
