Great deserts, love the basque cake! Destinee best service ever

Their food is delicious and the staff is nice. The only thing I'd say is the spam masubi is inconsistent

I just had the most unbelievable customer service here. It was so good that it blew my mind! Like, for real!! It turned out the barista today is Strawbaby by Destinee who bakes some of the baked goods sold here as well. She apparently runs all kinds of adult and kid events, and I will be checking out her business too! I'm so glad I randomly walked in today! 🧋

I can’t believe this shop has been here for so long and I haven’t tried them and it seems they’ve updated their decor and menu to follow the trends.

It was on my radar because of DoorDash there is a buy one get one free promotion.

Sea salt cream jasmine tea with matcha foam and boba - the jasmine tea flavor is floral and pleasant, and I liked the salted matcha cream flavor that added a hint of matcha flavor to the drink. I didn’t like the boba as it was tasteless and had no flavor so would skip next time.

Salted coffee with Ube cream - delicious Vietnamese coffee style with a hint of Ube flavor. This one was so good!

Parking is very easy in free large parking lot. My order was made quickly and ready to go and packaged well.

I give GuilTea Cravings ~ 4.3/5 stars. It’s a decent spot with some really tasty treats and boba. I like the ice cream macaroon sandwiches, the banana pudding, and the Thai tea.

That said, the ordering system is kind of awkward and sometimes I wish you could just order with a person. Instead you have to use a kiosk—which is convenient to an extent, but also strangely depersonalizing.

They’ve done a lot to spruce up the interior since they’ve opened, which is cool. They’ve added fake plants, benches, neon lights, and more. Overall it’s a chill spot to hang out for a bit and have a treat. I do think the macaroons and banana pudding are pretty dang tasty!

Favorite cafe for basque cheesecakes and macarons.
The variety of flavors and items in general make you want to try all kinds of things from their menu. I'm a very big fan of their Vietnamese coffee and salted coffee-- I can't get Vietnamese coffee from anywhere else because it's just that good from here. Their cookies are also really tasty. Highly recommend the ube basque cheesecake and lemon cheesecake (whenever it's available), and their seasonal cheesecakes. I have a strong sweet tooth and often get desserts from here for others that don't like overly sweet things, and they all say that the amount of sweetness is just right, and still very flavorful. A really great place to get a sweet treat or drink from, you won't regret it.
Also please never stop making the ube, strawberry, and lemon macarons- they're the best here :)

Updating my prior review below. I returned to GuilTea Cravings because I still hadn't found what I was looking for (churros), and had a very different experience. This time, a very cheerful woman behind the counter was very helpful, and we enjoyed a keto cheesecake and pistachio cheesecake while we waited for the freshly made churros. Delicious!

Prior review: If service within a reasonable amount of time is important to you, this may not be the right place for you. Even with only 4 other people in the place on a Friday afternoon, nobody helped me within 15 minutes.

One of my favorite spots to buy pastries. The boba drinks are delicious and the cookies are my favorites.

The Ube Cheesecake was absolutely delicious! First I thought maybe I was too hungry these morning so I ordered their Basque cheesecake for take away and it wasn`t mistake! It is so tasty with gentle texture and ideal cool temperature for serving! Highly recommended to try!

The macaroon, cookie and balinese i bought were delicious. The Uber cookie was soft like a moist ube sugar cookie. The Cookie Monster Macaroon tasted great it had an oreo inside with dubai chocolate style pistachio with chocolate.

The snacks and food here are really delicious. I particularly like their Keto Lemon Cookies. The drinks are fine, but having products for those on keto is the main draw. It is located near a lot of other tempting food places.
