We just Love their collection ! Specially in fall, they have Pumpkin Spice Flavored Shake, which is too addictive ?? ... icecream collection is also good but I wish they could change it more often and have more fruit based sorbet.

Basic flavors like plain chocolate and vanilla not available when you want them....Quantity is less, they never fill cup.....Sometimes they charge more if you don't pay attention....and chip doesn't work for your credit card.

We love Häagen-Dazs Dazs and visit often in AZ. We were at the location at Westfield UTC and wow, what a disappointment. I asked to order a larger coffee shake. I was told there was no coffee, just coffee chip. Ok. So I asked the girl to please split it. She said she can't split it. Ok. I left. My husband then returned to order it anyway. The store was closed mid day for 5 minutes. I tried calling to ask when they'd be open and was sent to voicemail. Couldn't leave a voicemail because their voicemail was full. Poor customer service. A manager looks to look into this! I'll return to the one on Prospect in La Jolla because they are very nice. Never returning back to this one!

This location is inside the UTC mall next to the 85° Bakery and Macy's. It's also pretty close to the Nobel parking entrance.They have a beautiful storefront. The interior looks clean and inviting. While I was taking pictures, a staff member asked me if I was ready to order and asked if it was okay to serve the customer behind me when I said I wasn't ready yet. The staff were very polite with their customers. There is no seating inside the store, but there are a number of tables near the business. Since this is at the mall, it's also conveniently located near a fish shaped play structure for those who have childrenGot the pineapple coconut shake. It was definitely worth the price and was at the perfect sweetness. There were bits of pineapple chunks and it was the perfect end for my trip to the mall.

In this location they will simply rob you in the amount of ice cream they are supposed to give you whether you get a 1, 2 or 3 scoop. Also very rude attitude from short female Hispanic employee working last night.

Yummy ice-cream. but you need to install a new machine to pay. I couldn't pay with my debit card! I didn't have any cash with me. The kids have already started eating ice cream and I could bring it back. I was waiting for my husband to pay. a queue formed. One person in line paid for us. I was very awkward.

I felt unhappy while buying ice cream for the first time in my life this Sunday 10/10/2021. The ice cream i was buying to reward oneself has turned into ice cream that one takes to punish oneself. How ? It's simple, Go to H-D UTC Westfield location, order it “ to go” or “to take home”, the team will put your ice cream in a bowl but they don't have a suitable cover to cover it and they have a large closure on it. Well, they may not have a suitable cover, but when you verbally express that you are uncomfortable with the big cover they put on, they insist that "No, that cover is that container"? I try to show and explain the closure is not for that containers. They keep insisting about yes it is. I don't understand and didn’t want to argue. The reason why I didn’t left the ice cream on the spot and got my money back and walk away is because a 3-year-old child is waiting for ice cream at home. Someone should teach H-D UTC location how to serve to customers and prepare the product for takeaway. I can't explain how this meaningless experience I've had has upset my nerves. I would like to thank the entire H-D team for this, I promised myself not to use your aisle product sold anywhere of your brand again.

My partner and I went to get milk shakes and the shop was completely empty. When we walked in we ordered our 2 shakes and the worker had to make them 3 times and every single time the shake was completely liquified and almost tasted like a frothy milk. Unfortunately she seemed almost angry that we even walked in in the first place. She was very sporadic and didn’t seem interested in fulfilling our order. We ended up paying for them and just throwing them away. We won’t be returning so that we don’t have to waste our money again. I hope this franchise can speak to their employees about the quality of work so that this shop can continue to flourish.

I’ve been working here for about 2 months and already 3 people had quit ALL for the same reason “Alba” the manager. The store is very unorganized and the manager begs for you to come in even if you have a “family” event to go to. The training is minimal with no training on how to deal with Uber eats customers. The manager doesn’t even bother to show up when she is on the schedule. I was asked to go on shift 2 times when I wasn’t supposed and I went but the one time I said no I was told “sometimes you need to put work first”, exact words. Also the manager forces customers to taste samples, I was told to not ask if people wanted samples but to get a sample and tell them “HAVE” the sample. For example a lady came in and the manager was telling the lady to have a sample but she said no but the manager still applied to give her the sample, after many times of saying no her husband had to take the sample and eat it.
