This place has been around a long time but for some reason I never stopped even though I live and work in the area. I wish I hadn't. Ordered a carne asada burrito with cheese (and was charged extra for the cheese). Got home with the burrito and went to eat. What do you know... no cheese. In addition, the meat was VERY salty. I couldn't finish it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The Cotixan down the street is MUCH better and open 24 hours to boot.

Good. Food is very satisfying. A bit pricy. The breakfast burrito is great. Salsas are great. Orchata and sweet drinks are nice. Beer is cold. Tables are small and decor is a bit lacking.

Hit or miss on the menu. Counter service is ok, once we had great service the next time not so much. I'd recommend if they were more consistent.

Great Mexican/taco shop in Mira Mesa. Carne Asada torta is a favorite. Salsas make a big difference. Get the HOT.

Best carne asada fries in San Diego. Biggest by far and the carne is always delicious. Hard to find a good Mexican place north of the 52 but this is definitely the one to go to.

Amazing California burrito and hot sauces, first time here and I'll be back to try more things so I hope they are all good. The hot sauces were all good, my favorite one was the roasted red sauce then the green sauce then the og red, none were spicy and they were packed with flavor. The California burrito was very good, pricy but not too small, the tortilla was cooked perfectly (some places burn them or make them crispy). I got no cheese no sour cream and I added guacamole. I think my only complaint was the fries were a little over cooked. The carne asada was cooked perfectly and seasoned well.
