Haidilao Hot Pot San Diego

Favorite hot pot by far. The food is so tasty and the meats are higher quality. Staff is always friendly and organized.
They have a lot of seating so you can usually walk in and not wait very long unlike some of the other restaurants in UTC.
Definitely recommend the Tom Yum soup base.
It’s pricier but worth it plus they have dessert :)

Haidilao is a well-known hotpot brand from China, famous not just for its food but especially for its exceptional service. This is our third or fourth time dining here, and once again, we had a great experience.

We came for their summer lunch promotion—just $14.99 for four types of meat, unlimited for 90 minutes. At first, we thought 90 minutes might be a bit short, but we were completely full in just 40 minutes! It's definitely a great deal.

What makes the experience even better are the free snacks, real fruit, and thoughtful touches throughout the meal. Haidilao continues to impress with both its value and hospitality. Highly recommend giving the lunch promo a try while it lasts!

This was my first time at HaiDiLao and it did not disappoint!! Thank you to Paul the amazing host for breaking everything down for us. I’m so glad he was there to walk us through everything.

I also love how this location has so many pandas! I’m not sure if they’re all like this but I thought it was so so cute!!!

very unique experience 👌, starting from atmosphere, ordering instructions, delivery robots on the floor, performance of staff, and cooking the food, everything is a fun step to enjoy. The food quality is very good and you being in the driver seat of cooking is a one of a kind experience
