This place is very interesting. Theres always someone practicing instruments on the little stage but ive never been here for an actual performance. I asked for a blended Vietnamese milk coffee which isnt on the menu but they whipped it right up. The drinks are always good and the man who i think runs the place is always nice, attentive and quick.

Super disappointed to say this is one of our favorite boba spot, but for that same reason it is a let down to always show up and the establishment not be opened during posted business hours. Not the first time this happens, and today was no different. Really great boba, but not worth the trip anymore if they are not open during scheduled hours. Maybe we have to find a new boba spot.

$8 for a large Thai tea boba blend. Good size. Tea is good. Atmosphere, lol I thought everyone took lunch break or something. Cafe looked empty, lighting is dark, maybe paint too. Some chairs and tables stacked up by the side. Y’all need new color interior and more lights. It looked kinda sketch. But the person who helped me was nice. Cute little place, just make it more lively, add some music, add more art stuff on the wall.

WOW Happy Time Tea blew me away! They have an adorable garden seating area in the back that is HUGE and quiet perfect for studying or hanging out. There’s a little stage inside with plenty of space as well. The staff is super sweet and the boba is made to perfection! Chewy, not too hard not too soft just the right amount of sweetness. Their Thai Tea is phenomenal. You guys have to check this place out!

First time here. The owner, Lee, was so sweet and kind. We talked about what I was looking for and he made good suggestions, also checking how much sugar I wanted in it. Very helpful! I got the milk tea with lychee jelly - so delicious! He's definitely customer-oriented! Large, beautiful, and clean shop. Apparently they have live music because there's a stage set up with musical instruments. I will be back!
