This whole experience was trash.I ordered via Uber Eats. The driver was efficient and friendly; that's the only positive note to add.Asked for steamed rice on the side. I actually CALLED the restaurant right after placing my order online and spoke with the person making my order. He assured me the small side of steamed rice would be included. It was missing.The shrimp tempura was served over a bed of soggy, flimsy veggies on top of what might have been an attempt at fried rice. That rice was gross.Fried food sitting in an enclosed container with hot steamed rice for 30+ minutes means that fried food will be soggy. Our tempura was beyond soggy, flimsy, flavorless etc. Disgusting.The gyosa we ordered was just plain missing. It was on our delivery receipt, however.The sushi roll felt like it was old; definitely not fresh tasting ingredients.To top it off, I paid the Uber Eats "priority delivery" surcharge because we were starving. The order was still later than it was estimated to be.There was ZERO redeeming about this order.

I ordered food, said ready! I live a block away! When I went to pick it up! They were rude and took them another 25 + minutes to prepare! Never again! Plus, turn off that loud music please, you are hurting our ears every weekends!

Took obnoxiously long to get the food, sushi is basic and the rice is not good. No condiments or sauce at all and I asked for extra of both sauces. This place is a joke, AVOID.

Actually disgusting quality, down to the mushy rice. I was convinced I was gonna get food poisoning after this but thankfully I didn’t. Never order from here.

Ordered on Uber Eats and it took forever, was very expensive and was disgusting. Low quality fish and sushi. Don't waste your $$$ here
Worst sushi I ate in my life. Small portions, 2 orders in 1 pack, not tasty at all. Not worth $80+ we spent. I wish I saw the reviews before ordering uber eats.

Ordered the Superman roll… taste like absolute nothing. It’s not cheap… don’t order from here.

Food was terrible. Ordered chicken teriyaki and California roll. Something youd assume was impossible to mess up. Chicken teriyaki if thats what it was, was 4 very small pcs of cubed chicken covered in onions and no teriyaki sauce. California roll tasted off and the rice was crunchy. Ordered a drink and it didn't even show. Will never order from here again.

This place is absolutely terrible. Part of Bario Food Hub ghost kitchen. Don't even consider the sushi. Soggy tempura, old crunchy rice. You can find somewhere better.
