We stopped in here during our visit to San Diego. We were here over the Thanksgiving weekend. The place wasn't that busy. We got seated very quickly. We ordered the Steakhouse burgers which was very delicious and full of flavor. We also had several draft beers and a margarita. The drinks were very refreshing.
We enjoyed our visit and the staff were very nice and friendly, however the music was obnoxiously loud which shorted our visit.

We had the best time here today! Nina was our bartender and made it the amazing experience that it was. We got lucky because when we walked they were announcing happy hour deals (yay!) and you could tell everyone that worked there wanted to make it such a fun time for everyone. We decided we want to come be “locals” here because of how welcomed Nina and the other bartenders made us feel!

I’ve been a loyal customer since accidentally walking into this place during their friends & family opening in the fall of 2011. While it has changed a bit since those first few phenomenal years, it still is my go-to place in San Diego for food, drinks, and the occasional karaoke song. I do wish they’d return to the pre-pandemic, full-service model - instead of ordering from a window - since it was the interaction with the staff that really made Harbor Town special in the beginning. Regardless, it’s my go-to spot for food and drinks in Point Loma and we’re blessed to have such a spot in Point Loma!

My wife and I stopped in around midnight after a concert to grab some fries and a couple drinks. The fries were really good, and my wife's Painkiller was awesome.
What really made this place special was the friendly service, especially from our bartender Alex. Probably sounds corny, but just the fact they he introduced himself and the other staff members behind the bar, as well as asked our names just made it a cool experience. Would definitely come back if we're anywhere in the area, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a really cool bar with a homey atmosphere.
