My friend and I went to see Hiro-San because he has a top sushi chef reputation. We were not disappointed,and in fact we were uplifted to a whole new standard of quality sushi and presentation. Thank you Hiro-San for making our sushi experience so amazing! The restaurant is also very comfortable and nice inside. The waiter was so friendly and took good care of us at the sushi bar. Amazing sushi and experience. The fish is high quality and melts in your mouth. Love the hokkaido scallops and uni. Flavor is phenomenal. Felipe and Hiro were very friendly. Will definitely come again!

Great sushi. Really good selection of imported fish. Hiro, the main sushi chef is great, service was great. Although we spent a lot overall, the price per piece of nigiri is very fair for the quality. The parking lot sucks when it gets busy. Get there early.

Here we are now, eating in places like Harmony Cuisine 2B1, marveling at how such flavors are possible and how we ever doubted we’d get amazing food after leaving LA and SF.
