Hatsuzakura is a charming and authentic Japanese restaurant with a peaceful ambiance and well-designed decor, featuring pink flowers and matching pink glasses. The food is highly praised, with popular dishes like Doria, Onigiri, and the Egg omelette dish. Portions are generous and worth the price. The house chicken broth soup and salad with sesame dressing are highly recommended. Drinks such as jasmine tea and hochija latte are served in cute pots and are delicious. The full set menu offers a variety of items, including salmon and plum onigiri, karaage, tamago sandwich, and mochi for dessert. Guests can also enjoy the excellent Daifuku, which is a must-try. The restaurant's staff is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Hatsuzakura closes briefly from 3-4:30 pm.
The restaurant is known for its awesome service and wonderful Japanese dishes. The Omurice was pleasant and tangy, the tea was delicious, and the fruit sando was fresh. The home-made milk bread was also exceptional. The salmon onigiri was fantastic and well worth the price. The best part was the dessert, with the strawberry and mango shaved ice being enormous and using fresh fruit.
